- Happy ending. The top is career-minded, money-hungry, sharp-tongued, soft-hearted, and petty. There's a reason for his bad temper. At heart, he's still a good kid.

- Early on, affection is one-sided and the bottom dotes on the top. In the middle and later parts, feelings are mutual and they spoil each other. The top is weak in bed and has a low sex drive. Both are pure in body and spirit, each other's first love, and adults. A pair of silly lovers who choose each other. Please don't ship them with anyone else or reverse their roles.

- For the purposes of this story, being physically pure means that kissing and any more intimate acts only happen between the top and bottom. The main story contains a small amount of the top being played with and admiring the top.

- The non-endgame older brother only gets scraps of sex scenes. As an antagonist, he takes advantage of the fact that the protagonist can't beat him yet, with some scenes of touching and groping as part of the protagonist's trials. He has a deep connection with the top, but they aren't endgame purely because they're incompatible. He is not the bottom.

- Content warnings: The adoptive father is not sexually inexperienced and is not the endgame, so whether he's pure doesn't matter. None of the female characters are romantically involved with the protagonist, and the protagonist isn't romantically involved with them either.

- I drew the cover and character designs myself. I kept reworking the top's design but couldn't quite get it right, so for now the cover will serve as his character design. I'm a slow artist, but I won't forget. I'll post it when it's finished.

- I'm new to writing on Jinjiang and don't know what readers consider dealbreakers. Some things that bother one reader may be another's favorite, so I'll learn as I go and add warnings over time.

It starts demanding that Xi Guanshu love it too and become its mate.

Xi Guanshu only wants to kill it.

Xi Guanshu has a cognitive disorder. Things other people find terrifying and disgusting look cuter to him than kittens and puppies.

When he returns to his school to give a speech, he notices a student who stands out from everyone else. He has a fierce gaze, wears shabby clothes, and is gloomy, with bloodlust all over him.
