Married life turns out pretty comfortable for Song Hemian. Sheng Huaixu is generous and gives him gifts every few days. Song Hemian accepts everything without hesitation.

Then he turns around and sells it all on a secondhand marketplace.

As if! Marrying Sheng Huaixu is just a temporary expedient. His plan is to save up enough money and leave him as soon as possible!

On Valentine's Day, Sheng Huaixu gives Song Hemian the sports car he loves most. To his surprise, the next day Sheng Huaixu sees a picture of the car on the account "Sleepy Little Song."

After posing as a buyer and purchasing things from him again and again, Sheng Huaixu finally can't hold back. "Are you short on money?"

Song Hemian nods like a pecking chick.

Sheng Huaixu: "Do you not have enough to eat and drink?"

Song Hemian shakes his head frantically.

Sheng Huaixu: "Then why are you selling the things I gave you?"

Song Hemian stares in shock. "How did you know?"

At last, Song Hemian has saved enough money. He decides it's time to leave.

He thoughtfully leaves Sheng Huaixu an IOU, saying he'll pay him back after making something of himself.

Sheng Huaixu looks at the neat handwriting and says nothing, only smiles.

His assistant asks whether he should go find him.

Sheng Huaixu shakes his head. "Just keep a close eye on him."

Three months later, Song Hemian hears that Sheng Huaixu has gone bankrupt. He turns up in front of him again, tugs at his clothes, and offers him his bank card. "Husband, do you need someone by your side? The kind who can warm your bed."

One day, Song Hemian comes across Sheng Huaixu's diary and finally learns that the "sugar daddy" he'd had before was also Sheng Huaixu.

As Song Hemian puts on a good show and warms his bed, he thinks, Well, looks like I'll never escape Sheng Huaixu's clutches in this lifetime.

He thought his plan was flawless, but it turns out the other man had been plotting all along.

Reading Guide:

1. They are each other's first and only, body and heart. This is an unconventional marriage-first, love-later story, not one where they get married at the start. The romance develops fairly slowly, with a light, comedic, everyday feel.

2. The free early chapters include dialogue with the sugar daddy. Once the online sugar daddy "exits the story," that will be the end of it.

3. Same-sex marriage is legal in this setting. There are many fictionalized details.

"Who took this picture? They've got no talent. Look, they made me look so short!"

Shen Yu, the star of the hot thread, is sprawled on the handsomest male teacher Yan Yan's lap, pointing out flaws in the photo.

"Why are you looking at that? Weren't you hungry? What do you want to eat? I'll make it."

Shen Yu rattles off a huge order. While waiting for dinner, he reads through the whole thread.

By evening, the thread has over 600 replies. Shen Yu reads with great interest, completely ignoring someone's invitation to go to bed.

"Don't... My roommate's calling." Stripped bare (in the thread, QAQ), the good boy on top braces his foot against someone's chest to tell him to stop.

"Shen Yu! Look at that post! Someone says you're Teacher Yan's boyfriend! How can that be? Isn't Teacher Yan your adoptive father's younger brother?" His roommate says indignantly.

Tickled, Shen Yu can only manage to get the words out one at a time: "Mm... right..."

"Don't worry, I already replied for you! Watch me take on the whole thread!" His roommate carries on, valiantly digging him into an even deeper hole.

The person behind him finally leans over him. Before any strange sounds can escape, he hangs up.

Bonus Scene:

When Shen Yu was six, he came to live with the Yan family. Aftereffects of a car accident left him unable to speak for a while, and he also had occasional hearing loss.

When he first started learning to speak, he struggled to call Yan Yan "big brother."

Yan Yan rubs Shen Yu's head and tells him to watch his mouth. "No, you should call me uncle."

Shen Yu shakes his head and opens his mouth. It takes a long time before he manages to get the words out: "No... you... are... old... big brother."

Omega Sang Xin transmigrates into a book, landing in a CEO romance novel with a simple, straightforward title: The Domineering CEO Falls in Love with Me.
