A small town by the sea, where people made their living fishing, was suddenly swept up in rumors of sea monsters.
When Edmund first heard about it, he thought stories like that would fade away as fools exaggerated them, one after another.
But as time went on, the mysteries surrounding the sea monsters became more and more convincing. Their hearts were even said to be holy medicine capable of bringing the dead back to life.
Soon, fishing boats began streaming out of the harbor in search of traces of the sea monsters.
"Do you think sea monsters are real?"
"If they are, we can make a fortune."
His companion held a telescope as the sea breeze tossed his hair. Hearing those words, Edmund felt a surge of longing.
That's how young people are: easily roused, always enthusiastic about new things and curious about the unknown.
Of course, Edmund soon learned his lesson.
When the so-called sea monster took him to a remote, eerie island, all he could think was that he might die there.
The barren landscape held nothing but steep, misshapen cliffs and indescribable monsters.
He didn't dare leave the cave on a whim or stray far from the sea monster that had brought him there. Even when he was hungry, he had no choice but to force himself to eat the sea creatures raw, nausea and all.
"This stuff isn't fit for human consumption." He muttered the complaint under his breath, banking on the other one not understanding him completely.
"Edmund. Doesn't like it."
The other suddenly spoke, startling Edmund. He looked up into those black-green eyes, and an uncontrollable fear of the unknown welled up inside him. Carefully, he picked up the discarded food and prepared to stuff it into his mouth.
But the sea monster gently brushed a finger across the corner of his eye and told him,
"Don't be afraid."
Core theme: Be careful not to fall for scams in everyday life.
I thought it would be very long in the future. It will end with flowers. I like it. I like it.
I still feel that if there is a p plot, it should be marked [Loading] Now I can't bear to read it, and after watching it, I feel that this plot is stuck in my throat.
[Loading] What's wrong with that? Oh, ah, ah, ah, ah, no. . Let me read a few more chapters and try. I hope it's not true. If it is true, I don't understand the meaning of this plot [Joker]
