I've been obsessed with insect people lately, hehe.
This is what I want to write...
A person from Earth transmigrates into the insect world, has his worldview completely shattered, then decides to lie flat.
I mean, transmigration and all... Anyway, the body he ended up in is, well... infamous. Uh...
When the original body reached the legal age, the government assigned him a female servant. And the original... like most insect people, abused him. Apparently, he abused him pretty badly. Oh... (But thankfully... that shameless original guy hadn't gotten around to doing that with the female servant, so my innocence is intact.)
I'm doomed. (Socially, that is. A person from Earth couldn't possibly live this down. I've really failed the lessons our ancestors taught us...)
So I immediately started playing dead,
hoping my poor, unlucky female servant would be generous enough to forgive me... Oh, of course that's impossible. Even I wanted to strangle myself after hearing about all the awful things the original body did, so how could the person he did them to forgive me?
And I also heard that female servant holds a pretty high military rank. He must have a fiery temper!
Sigh... I'm still so young, and I've already ruined the rest of my life...
What else can I do? Even if I have to work like an ox or a horse for the rest of this life, I'll have to make up for what the original put him through!
Then I find out the whole damn world is against me!
I'm tired. Just let it all end!!!
The female servant's point of view:
As a female insect, no matter how many military honors I earn, I cannot escape the fate of being subservient to males.
Are female insects destined to submit to their reproductive organs... and procreation?
Not me!
Especially when I saw that male insect's sticky gaze. My heart sank even further...
From the moment I stepped into that male insect's disgusting territory, I had already decided what I would do next.
I silently endured the humiliation that male insect subjected me to, and silently endured the waves of bone-deep pain that only strengthened my resolve.
I could grit my teeth and keep from groaning, keeping my pleas trapped in my throat, but that only enraged the male insect more. I remember how impatiently he pressed down on my head, over and over... slamming it into the floor with a series of loud thuds.
When had my once-burning heart grown so cold...
I planned... to use a few tricks to make that disgusting male insect die quietly on a cold, dark night.
My plan was perfect. Even the Male Insect Protection Association found no trace of what had happened.
So when I coldly watched that male insect's twisted face as he closed his eyes for good,
I couldn't say what I felt...
Was it excitement, exhilaration? Or boredom, numbness?...
I didn't know anymore... I couldn't remember what I'd felt at the beginning, when I meticulously... step by step... planned it all in the dark...
I seemed to be getting tired...
But... it didn't matter now. He was already dead anyway...
And so, that call...
