Yoshida Soken, male, 36 years old, is currently a lead surgeon at Beika Hospital. After growing between two interludes, his Medicine is 92, First Aid is 100, and Engineering is 103. His dream in life is to retire early and enjoy his golden years at his mansion in New England. But the shadows of his past will eventually draw him into a black-and-red vortex.
"So that means I'm the God of Investigation." -- Amuro Toru
"Because I'm the Baron of the Night." -- Kudo Yusaku
"Say it. I'll protect everything about the FBI." -- Akai Shuichi
"Rebuild the glory of the distillery. It's our duty." -- Gin
"If we don't fail too badly, that's a success." -- Kichi
The world is steeped in chaos. Amid the fear, the person with three faces returns to the rooftop of two people and one more; those trapped in the fog are caught in a vortex from years ago. Beyond the chaos, the scarlet bullet is as sharp as ever, and the Witch of a Thousand Faces draws back the curtain for the audience.
At this point, let us pray to the Goddess of Fate. May hope light your way.
Scenario progress:
[Complete] Shadows Lurking in NY: Yoshida returns to the Big Apple as a rehire and gets new teammates; Amuro encounters the Cthulhu Mythos for the first time and rolls a critical failure.
[Complete] We are Flowing down Stream: Back in Gunma, the waves are still turbulent. He meets Okiya and gains an ally.
[Complete] Idiot's Gold: Yoshida fails a brawl and is left half-dead, his decline impossible to hide; Gin wields heavy weapons and blasts through three doors, showing his true colors.
[Complete] The Missing Cat in Haido: Meow meow meow, nyanyanya, woof woof woof, woofwoofwoof.
[Complete] The Red Room: A pair of lovers can't unite, and their sad dream granted by Nyarlathotep is worthy of pity.
[Complete] Calling the King: The curtain falls over the stage as it begins, and Vermouth goes before the King.
[In progress] Full Fathom Five: A Hawaiian horror comedy
Notes:
About the tabletop campaign: The Keeper wants to tell a good campaign story, so this is basically about Dr. Yoshida and the great friends he collects along the way, running around endlessly in a Cthulhu Mythos version of the Detective Conan world.
About the dice: The dice in this story may actually be controlled by Akai Shuichi, so there is a small chance of an extremely unexpected plot development...
About skill checks: To make the story more exciting (?), we're using a house rule:
When a skill is below 50, rolls of 1-3 and 95-100 count as critical successes and failures, respectively;
When a skill is above 50, the thresholds change to 1-3 and 98-100.
About the Miskatonic University in this story: There are many original settings. Readers can think of this story's Miskatonic University as a gentler version of DG (Delta Green, an expansion for CoC).
Yoshida-san's Medicine, First Aid, and Engineering are so high that you can treat them as a cheat or a house rule. (Anyway, nothing in the Detective Conan world is scientific! TT!)
An investigator is an investigator. Nothing investigators do is strange.
The Keeper's Intelligence is average, so the plot will probably have bugs.
Yoshida Soken is pronounced Yoshida Soken. Anyone who gets it knows it's a joke (looks away), but this really is a character sheet the Keeper has run before lol.
Theme: Investigators who don't put points into Persuade can still find happiness
Sad, my teammates are crazy Fortunately, it's not completely crazy.
Seeing Gin uttering the sentence "Catch the mouse", I couldn't help but let out a burst of laughter (
Laughing to death with pots and pans, it's so real
Laughing to death with pots and pans, it's so real
Is there a problem with cognition? People regard themselves as animals...? The collar is cute!!
Since Bourbon-chan is from the intelligence team and not the action team, it makes sense for the strong and weak to investigate (right.)
2.25: KP has been a little busy recently. After the Fool's Gold is formed, it will probably take a few days to update~
The way he talks has also become a bit Gintama!
Great care!!!! ;)
Congratulations to Sister Bei for surviving! A short and exciting play??
