Uchiha Nanako, affectionately known by her fans as Nana-Ko.
She had very little screen time, but her stunning beauty, drawn in simple lines, attracted countless fans who frantically picked apart the original story. They pieced her together with their love, giving her flesh and blood all over again.
“Nanako’s beauty dominates the whole scene (1/1) √”
“A beauty with the highest power level, yet she vanished less than three seconds after appearing. What a fragile, heartbreaking aura.”
“The internal hate is way too obvious.”
“Boss, boss, if we keep acting crazy and playing dumb every day, can we really save Nanako from her canon death?”
-
Uchiha Nanako was bound to a Reader System. She had to travel through different worlds and complete tasks issued by readers to return to her own world.
"Task: Exorcise the Grade 2 Cursed Spirit, the Land God"
What the heck?
A summoning beast?
Nanako knew nothing about the Jujutsu world, so without a second thought, she unleashed Susanoo and went straight for it.
Haibara Yu was still shaken. “Thank you for saving me! Here’s my teacher’s contact information, along with the numbers for Gojo-senpai and Geto-senpai… Just call one of them, and the other will find out right away that our mission failed. Ah, Nanami’s passed out. That lightning jutsu of yours, or was it Chidori or something… Could you use it on his heart one more time? Please!”
Nanako raised both hands, electricity crackling at her fingertips. “It’s Lightning Style: Thunder Dragon Roar Mini 1.0.”
"Task: Stop Suguru Geto from leaving Jujutsu High"
Suguru Geto broke down. “Are you crazy? What does it have to do with you if I defect?”
Nanako cracked her knuckles, her Sharingan spinning rapidly. “Just wait. I’ll show you what the Uchiha can do.”
"Task: Eliminate three Special Grade Curses"
Nanako: “Hunting mode, activate.”
After getting along with everyone at Jujutsu High through all that, Nanako finally saved enough points to exchange for five minutes back in Konoha.
But when she stood in front of the Uchiha family’s old residence and saw nothing but charred ruins, she was completely stunned.
Nanako: What do you mean, my family was massacred?
Nanako: What do you mean, my second brother stabbed the youngest one and then defected?
Nanako: Defecting is one thing, but he even joined a rogue ninja organization?
I can’t live like this...
When her five minutes were up, Nanako returned to the Jujutsu world with her mind in a whirl and frantically flipped through the Jump manga the white-haired sorcerer had given her.
“So Itachi defected to protect the village. That makes sense.” After all, he was a village-first kind of guy.
“Mm-hmm, your little brother is really popular. He has tons of fans.”
“…So Obito was the one who massacred the whole clan.” Remembering the bashful look on his face when he shamelessly asked her to teach him taijutsu, she decided he hadn’t been beaten up enough.
“Yeah, your bro Obito was a real schemer.”
“…The Uchiha clan’s ancestor is still alive.”
“Right, and fanfic about your ancestor and that Senju guy’s star-crossed love has topped the rankings on D Station for ages.”
“…Wait, Itachi was bullied at school? How did I not know!”
“Eh? Isn’t that just a village tradition?”
Gojo paused for two seconds, his expression turning subtle.
“After all, it’s a village where they’ll even bully the Fourth Hokage’s own son.”
Gojo really liked this manga. It was one of the country’s most popular battle manga, and he’d followed it as it came out.
Uchiha Nanako was a character in the manga. Somehow, she had arrived in his world, but she had absolutely no sense that she was a fictional character.
Nanako had been bullied at school, too.
A group of brats had cut off her hair, and even the pet hawk she loved most had been shot and killed out of malice… Gojo remembered that part of the story clearly. It appeared in one of Itachi’s few flashbacks.
The blue eyes behind his sunglasses quietly assessed the Uchiha heiress before him.
Outside of battle, she was incredibly outgoing, nothing like the Yamato Nadeshiko persona the story had deliberately given her. But once a fight began, the Uchiha love of battle instantly took over.
She was wild and thrilling, and her charm kept soaring.
The only slightly unfair thing was that she used Tsukuyomi to cheat in every fight.
Of course, it didn’t help that he kept dragging Nanako into one-on-one fights, which was why she still didn’t understand her own feelings.
Gojo took a hard look at himself and decided to change things starting today. That evening, he went full rich-kid mode and rented out an entire theater, planning to watch a romance movie with Nanako. Instead, they both nearly fell asleep.
The heroine of The Spring of Clover was bullied.
Gojo was baffled. “Why did this suddenly turn into a bullying story? Isn’t this supposed to be a romance?”
“I thought you were making a point about my village’s traditions,” Nanako said meaningfully.
She and Gojo exchanged a glance, then kept watching the painfully tragic story.
After the movie ended, the two of them stood outside in silence.
“…The fight scenes were pretty satisfying.”
“This isn’t a romance at all.” Gojo looked devastated.
His confession night was ruined.
“Why did you make me watch such a boring story?”
Nanako turned her head, and her gaze met Gojo’s.
He was much taller than her, and in the winter darkness he seemed intensely imposing. A glint of blue flickered behind his sunglasses. He suddenly turned away, embarrassed, the tips of his ears faintly red.
He answered haltingly, like a child just learning to pronounce Japanese. “…Because I like you.”
Nanako blinked.
But he was always challenging her to fights.
Was that how boys showed they liked someone?
If Itachi or Sasuke treated a girl they liked that way, she’d teach her two little brothers how to behave all over again.
Nanako stared at him silently.
“…” He turned redder and redder.
Then he looked away.
“Then will you come back to the Uchiha compound with me?”
“Huh?”
“Marry into my family.”
“What?”
Gojo thought his ears had stopped working.
“I agree to date you, on the condition that we get married.”
“WHAT?!”
-
The fans who had successfully rewritten Nanako’s death-bound fate were moved to tears.
“That’s right. We did it.”
“We don’t need the school counselor anymore. I feel great all over!”

Also known as The Uchiha Heiress Goes on a Rampage in the Jujutsu World, or How I Conquered the Jujutsu World with Susanoo, or The Strongest Man Marries into the Uchiha Family and Is Thoroughly Pampered.
The heroine is a native of the Naruto world and a highly popular fictional character in the Jujutsu Kaisen world. There is plenty of a love-triangle sandwich dynamic, and don’t hold the heroine to overly high moral standards just because she’s a native.
