Luan Bin had planned to kill himself, but accidentally jumped off a building and crushed his boss to death. He was still barely alive, while bystanders photographed the gruesome scene, unable to tell whether the blood on the ground belonged to him or his boss.
Just before he lost consciousness in the ambulance, Luan Bin remembered lamenting how unlucky he was.
Then, the next moment, he woke up again.
More precisely, time had reset.
He was back on the day he tried to kill himself. His boss, impeccably dressed in a suit and blessed with perfect, refined features, smiled and raised a hand to greet him warmly.
That smile was as refreshing as a spring breeze, but Luan Bin was sweating profusely, as if he were staring at a devil from hell.
He had seen the future, a vision of the world's destruction.
And the culprit was his boss.
His intuition kept ringing alarm bells, reminding him:
He had to kill him.
Because beneath that handsome exterior was not a human being, but a strange, absolutely evil creature. Anyone who saw its true face would go mad.
So.
Luan Bin picked up a knife.
[Day One: Stab him with a knife.
My hand was shaking, and I missed the spot. My boss taught me how to stab him in the kidneys.]
[Day Two: Poison him.
I poisoned the tea, but the secretary who kept watching me almost drank it. I warned the secretary again and again not to come near me or follow me home. In the end, my boss drank my tea with a smile.]
[Day Three: Push him off a building.
Just as I was about to push him, my childhood friend suddenly showed up and confessed that he liked me. I turned him down, and he flew into a rage, thinking I liked my boss. Right in front of me, he pushed my boss off the building.]
[Day Four: Car accident.
I borrowed my neighbor's car and found a pile of photos of me hidden inside. Whatever. I hit my boss so hard at an intersection that he went flying into the sky.]
[Day ???: Suicide.
My boss killed himself. I started missing him.]
[Warnings]:
1. The protagonist is the gong. He's excessively kind, highly conscientious, and often gets harassed by bad people.
2. There's a bit of mystery and suspense, but the author's IQ is questionable.
3. There are lots of supporting characters, and everyone's attention is on the gong, but the romance is one-on-one. The gong only reciprocates the shou's feelings.
Theme: Love and an evil god
