I Want to Be the Boss of the Black Organization in Beika Town!

What's a BOSS's biggest headache? Probably having a bunch of familiar faces infiltrate the organization. Cheng You looked at the familiar faces who had infiltrated his organization and fell into deep thought.

A certain fake drunk sent to gather information, a certain Public Security officer and a certain FBI agent sent undercover, and a certain detective who had investigated his way here all fell into deep thought.

How had things ended up like this? It was all supposed to be about him

After transmigrating to Beika Town and getting bound to the "Alive Yet?" System, Cheng You gained the ability to read criminals' minds. Thanks to this power, his life became even less ordinary. For example, he was an ordinary person who already knew who the culprit was and how they had committed the crime, but still had to pretend he didn't know.

Conan's eyes flashed white as he stared sternly at Cheng You.

...Suspected again. Cheng You didn't care. Just another day.

The System looked at its gentle, well-behaved Host and was pleased. He was so obedient, after all. But it never expected that behind his mild-mannered facade, this Host would dare to do anything.

The System lamented its poor judgment! A sweet-faced schemer really was terrifying! It no longer dared give its Host orders...

Cheng You smiled. "Since I've already entered the main storyline and can't live an ordinary life, I might as well make this boring mission more fun!"

Later, his mind-reading ability upgraded, allowing him to hear the thoughts of true liquor. When GIN took an interest in Cheng You's abilities, mistook him for one of their own, and brought him into the organization, Cheng You was overjoyed. He'd thought he'd get to hear something like The Winery Chronicles, but what he heard was...???

Early on, when they talked about Cheng You:

Kudo: "He's kind of eccentric, but he likes Sherlock Holmes!!!"

Hagiwara: "Ah... He's a really gentle person. We get along great."

Matsuda: "A little odd, but he's kindhearted."

Hiro: "Smart, decisive, and lively."

Date: "A man of unimpeachable integrity!"

Amuro: "..." Are we talking about the same person? (The undercover agent in the organization was shocked.)

The people who'd suffered at Cheng You's hands: Could you all take off those rose-colored glasses and see clearly for once!?

Cheng You, now a walking onion with many layers, says he has plenty of troubles too. (sigh)

(Cheng You is more than just a high school student. That'll come up later.)

Reading notes:

1. Lots of plot holes and broken logic. Apologies for the OOC. orz.

2. No CP, lots of secret identities, and some of them will never be exposed. Every character gets their moment to shine~ Everyone is the protagonist of their own story~ I might write bonus chapters like this too =v=.

3. The protagonist is firmly on the good guys' side. The Police Academy Five, Curaçao, and others will be saved.

The Winery BOSS Is Forced to Reload

The Winery tries so hard to go legit that it only makes itself look more suspicious.

Matsushita Kiyoha is the Winery's mastermind BOSS. He inherited his grandfather's codename, Karasuma Renya, and swore to make the Winery Japan's number-one underworld organization.

But the good guys had strength in numbers, and the Winery was destroyed. His dying wish was: "Damn those undercover agents! If I get another life, I'll absolutely ******."

And then he really was reborn.

Matsushita Kiyoha decided to use his memories from his previous life to kill every undercover agent in the organization! And while he was at it, he'd kill the protagonist, Kudo, that huge security risk too!!

He sent workaholic Gin to kill the undercover agents in the organization and the famous detective Kudo.

Just as they were about to succeed, a System calling itself the "Villain Redemption System" appeared and demanded that Matsushita Kiyoha firmly support the good guys and fight crime.

Forced to abandon his plan to eliminate the undercover agents, Matsushita Kiyoha started steering the Winery in a better direction and earning some honest money.

For example, Vodka became a driver, Bourbon a waiter, Scotch a bassist who moonlighted as a bartender, Vermouth a business owner, the Miyano sisters opened a clinic, and Curaçao became a lawyer...

The Winery's people: ...The BOSS must have his reasons. Maybe he's working on something big.

The undercover agents: Could he have figured me out? Is he trying to humiliate me? Or does he have some huge scheme here? No, I need to be careful.

Matsushita Kiyoha revamped the Winery into Tokyo's top entertainment company...

He assigned a mission to help the Public Security Bureau take down an organization, hoping to make the Winery look legitimate. But the Winery's people thought: The BOSS must have his reasons. Between the Winery crew slacking off and the undercover agents trying their best, the Winery's people all pulled together and made things worse, turning themselves into sworn enemies of the Public Security Bureau.

After completing the mission, the Winery's people said: The BOSS really can see everything coming!

The undercover agents: Damn, how did I never realize the Winery BOSS was so sharp? What an old fox.

Matsushita Kiyoha: I'm innocent! I'm innocent! I want to go legit!

The System told Matsushita Kiyoha to leave the Winery and go out into the world to try living an ordinary life. Matsushita Kiyoha agreed, but as the BOSS of the Black Organization, he had special buffs, such as: an innate dark-filter buff, an air-conditioning buff, a "terrifies everyone" buff, and an evil-mindset buff...

A robbery takes place, and Matsushita Kiyoha is suspected of being part of the gang as he tries to establish himself as one of the good guys. A murder case with three possible suspects occurs, and even though Matsushita Kiyoha helps the police solve it, he's the first one they suspect...

After all his tireless efforts, he finally finds friends willing to believe in him and come to his rescue when he's suspected.

Kudo: "He's a little strange, but he's a good person. Don't suspect him."

Amuro: "He's my friend. He might look a little scary, but he's a good person."

Hiro: "That's right. You can't judge someone by their appearance."

Matsushita: You'll change your minds once you find out who I am...

[Host! Take a look at your redemption score! -100%! Do you know what that means? That's the lowest possible score! It can't go any lower!] The System was beside itself with grief.

"Th-this has to be a bug! How could I possibly make things look worse by trying to explain!" Matsushita Kiyoha fumed.
