When that familiar fragrance wafted over, Bourbon turned around and saw a woman with a bass case on her back come to a stop.
"Scotch," she introduced herself, a subtle smile appearing on her face.
It all started with a mission during undercover training. No one expected that the little organization would have such a dangerous drug. While fighting the leader, Morofushi Hiromitsu was forced to swallow a syringe of an unknown liquid. When he woke up, he had gained something and lost something, and had gloriously transformed into Morofushi Keiko.
What else could she do? She wasn't a teenager who could take a week off school because of a cold. At this stage, the daily training schedule practically broke her apart and put her back together again. She wiped her face and continued her noble mission, hoping the people upstairs would come up with an antidote soon.
Unexpectedly, after a week, Morofushi Keiko was summoned by her superiors.
"Miss Morofushi, settling in, ha ha? Then why not just stay this way? You'd be absolutely undetectable as an undercover agent! So convenient! We'll make you a new identity right away!"
Morofushi Keiko: ...Hey, could you at least ask what I think about this?
Superior: The main reason is that we haven't gotten the antidote either. You'll have to go look for it in that Black Organization yourself.
Morofushi Keiko: ...What kind of organization are you people, anyway? Do you specialize in researching drugs that turn people into anime characters?
There were plenty of rumors about Scotch in the organization, most of them disgusting fantasies from low-ranking members. But everyone agreed on a few things: Scotch was a ruthless rising star in the action division, an outstanding sniper, a superb cook with absolutely abysmal taste in food... and entangled in more than one love triangle with code-named members.
Gin: ...There are zero people in love triangles here. Instead of fantasizing about that, why not think about mission intel? (Glances at the Whiskey Group) ...Fine, two.
Rye: (eating Scotch's lovingly prepared culinary abomination) (smoking a cigarette he swiped from Scotch) One.
Bourbon: Zero, okay?! She just looks a lot like someone I know!!!
The whole carload of liquor stared at him with the look of people who'd outgrown that kind of pickup line in elementary school.
Scotch, a man on the inside who had no interest in flirting with men, smacked each of them once: Can you stop viewing every woman in the workplace through a sexual lens?!
☆ Hiromitsu-centric, with Morofushi Hiromitsu gender-swapped. Basically a workplace comedy in the Black Organization.
☆ Contains terrible rumors, all kinds of scenarios, and an oppressed woman in the workplace.
☆ Mostly a gen ensemble, but boss, you know me. My gen ensemble stories aren't usually very innocent.
☆ I'll write this one for fun after I finish the other story.
Theme: Personal growth and fighting organized crime.
