[Harry Potter] Remaking a Wizard

[Second year complete, third year updating] A car accident took Huo Si's life. When he opened his eyes again, the world had completely changed. He'd moved more than eight thousand kilometers west, all the way to Britain, and gone back half a century to the 1970s. His high-tech modern life was gone for good. On the bright side, in his second life he'd risen from an ordinary background to the son of the Howard family: Somai Ismir Howard. Before he could decide what to do with his future, Minerva McGonagall, the deputy headmistress at the time, personally delivered an acceptance letter from Hogwarts right to his door. Ha ha, so it's Harry Potter. I know this one. A few days later, Somai boarded the Hogwarts Express with all his luggage and deliberately found an empty compartment so he could daydream about his seven-year plan for Hogwarts. Before his excitement could wear off, three people squeezed into the compartment. After introducing themselves, Somai realized they were all important characters in the original story. The dashing, carefree Sirius Black, who would one day be wrongly accused of being a Death Eater and locked away in Azkaban for thirteen years. He was currently a third-year Gryffindor. The reserved Regulus Black, a future Death Eater who would turn against them and become an unsung hero, sacrificing himself for justice just after graduation. He was currently a new student starting at Hogwarts alongside Somai. The quiet Barty Crouch Jr., who would become Voldemort's most loyal Death Eater, devote himself to Voldemort until his dying breath, and play a key role in bringing him back... He was also a new student starting alongside Somai. Somai's inner commentary: Ha ha, I know! You'll die, you'll die, and you'll die too. The three of you won't make it to a hundred between you. Wait, if these people from the Marauders' generation are still in school, then that troublemaking mass murderer, the Dark Lord, must be alive and well, off somewhere killing people and setting fires. ...Oh no, I'm going to die too. The four of us might not even make it to a hundred combined. As fate would have it, he and Barty Crouch Jr., who had also been sorted into Ravenclaw, were assigned to the same dormitory. More of a coincidence still, the two became friends. Somai's Hogwarts plan now had a new goal, in addition to doing his best to survive: keep an eye on this Death Eater in the making and make sure he doesn't show even the slightest sign of going dark. … Over the years, though he'd originally planned to coast along, Somai actually managed to accomplish quite a lot. Voldemort had been completely eradicated, and Harry Potter, The Chosen One, was no longer an orphan without a father or mother. Most worthy of praise was his successful work reshaping Barty's life. Barty became known as the Ministry of Magic's most outstanding legacy hire, a rising star in the wizarding world. Thanks to Somai's efforts, the relationship between Barty and his father could even be called loving and filial. Somai sprawled across Barty's bed in a starfish position, making no attempt to hide how much space he took up. Lying beside him, Barty was now his best friend, and together they reflected on the past and looked toward the future. Barty: But I still feel like I'm starved for affection. Would you mind making some more with me? Somai: ...I would. Barty: No problem. Then, for the sake of our friendship, could you please restrain your objections? Somai: … P.S. 1. I wrote this just for fun... I haven't done very thorough research into the original, and there are lots of invented details. Just enjoy it... 3. My characterization of young Barty is entirely based on my own interpretation and differs drastically from the original. He's extremely OOC, so please leave if that bothers you.
