A clueless, nonhuman tentacle top who knows only how to call someone "wife" x an antisocial cat cafe owner bottom
#What to do when a strange little pet shows up at your door in the middle of the night
Ji Linxuan, a kind-hearted, beautiful, antisocial cat cafe owner, has something to say...
He had a bizarre, damp, and unsettling dream.
In it, he was trapped in a sea of cats.
The cats crowded around him, their tongues eagerly sweeping over every inch of his skin.
It was soft and very comfortable, but...
He really couldn't breathe!
Ji Linxuan sat bolt upright, at death's door.
When he turned on the light, he saw a pink, soft-looking little rice ball standing on tiptoe, struggling to stuff its tentacles into his mouth...
Ji Linxuan: o.o... That wasn't a dream?!
The sticky little thing blinked its big, watery eyes at him and opened its mouth to say...
"Wife..."
Especially when he suggested taking it to a research institute, the intelligent little thing's eyes quickly filled with tears.
The softhearted cat cafe owner eventually gave it a nice name, built it a warm nest, and tried to lay down three rules:
Ji Linxuan: "First, don't let anyone else see you!"
"Second, don't bully my cats!"
The little pink ball drooped its tentacles, having just tried to reach for the fluffy kitten by its feet. QAQ!
"Third! Don't call me your wife! I'm not your wife!"
The little thing's eyes filled with tears again. "Wife!"
Before the little pink creature took the initiative and begged to be taken in,
it had been peeking out of a sewer and watching for days.
On the street corner stood a big house with red walls and green tiles.
Warm lights shone inside year-round. There were lots of fluffy four-legged creatures, colorful leaves, and, whenever the wind blew, wooden wind chimes tinkled beneath the eaves...
But the prettiest of all was the two-legged creature who wore a cloth around his chest and walked upright.
Every day, the beautiful two-legged creature went out to hand food to the homeless fluffy creatures.
Meows and begging whines rose one after another.
The hungry little cat came, rubbed against the two-legged creature, then left with a full belly.
The hungry little dog came, rubbed against the two-legged creature, then left with a full belly.
The little creature rubbed its empty tummy and blinked enviously...
It wanted something to eat, too.
So...
The pink rice ball bared its teeth and claws.
It decided to copy the others.
The stray tentacle came hungry, climbed over the wall, rubbed against the two-legged creature, and...
Burp. Anyway,
it was full.
As for that red wanted poster on the street corner,
the one that says "Extremely Dangerous," what does it have to do with my poor little rice ball?
Xiao Qi: (gently lifts the cat from its caretaker's arms with a tentacle) (then happily burrows into his arms)
The kind and beautiful caretaker: (picks him up) "Where did you come from?"
Xiao Qi: (loudly and righteously) "Me, laboratory, escape, find wife."
Xiao Qi: (points) "You, wife!"
Feeling the creature's tentacles already creeping up his neck and boldly undoing the buttons of his apron and shirt,
Caretaker: (pretending to push him away) "You! Get down!"
Xiao Qi: (QAQ) "Wife!!!"
Set in a modern city, a nonhuman creature gets raised like a child.
He'll become human later.
At heart, this is a sweet story about two people saving each other. Both have painful pasts x
