The Captive Female General

[Content warning] Coercive possession | Obsessive, vicious enemy general x composed, self-controlled female general

Lin Tang, the great general who protects the Southern Liang state, is known as the "Jade-Faced Asura." She dominates the battlefield and has never lost a battle.

For ten years, she has commanded armies and weathered every storm, and no one knows that "he" is actually "she."

Until one day, she falls into a trap and into the hands of Yan Qingheng, a Northern Yan enemy general with a blood feud against her. She becomes a prisoner of war.

Yan Qingheng is cruel, aloof, and lawless. Rumor has it that he once crawled out of a pile of corpses in the wilderness, surviving by drinking blood and eating rotten flesh. Then he slaughtered hundreds of his enemies in a single ambush, becoming an unstoppable, bloodthirsty young general.

Lin Tang knows she is now doomed. The victor takes all, and she accepts her defeat.

Her only regret is that she was the one who rescued him from that pile of corpses all those years ago.

But even a doomed situation can still change...

Beneath the lamplight of night, amid the tangled red bed curtains,

a few hoarse, tender moans escape the tent and dissolve into the yellow sand.

The hands that once wielded cold, sharp blades with unwavering strength, killing countless enemies, can now only hang weakly from icy chains, raised high and fastened before the bed.

"Shh."

The towering man behind her presses close, following her every move. He strokes the beautiful woman's disheveled, sweat-damp hair, his long fingers boldly caressing her red lips. "If you get any louder, everyone outside the tent will hear..."

"Or do you want the world to discover that you're a woman, General Lin?"

Reader's guide:

1. A deliciously angsty, possessive romance. I really want to write something like this.

2. You could also call it an enemies-to-lovers story.

Theme: Fight for your country and your family.
