System 111 is summoned by the Lord God and tasked with changing certain established settings in fictional worlds to help the protagonists develop healthy views on love. But System 111 has to decide for itself which stories need changing.
While searching, 111 sees the comment sections of several popular stories filled with nothing but praise and assumes their protagonists must have healthy, normal relationships. But after hearing what another group of readers has to say, it grows confused and decides to see for itself.
Before long, the red-faced 111 emerges: "Change it! Change it all!"

In these stories, the male leads are praised by readers as devoted, fatherly, yandere, crazy, and more. Whether the story is from the shou's or the gong's perspective, whether they're the protagonist or not, and no matter what their abilities are, they all end up as the shou protagonist's most loyal lapdogs.
Following its mission, System 111 searches the real world for different Hosts and promises to grant them one wish if they can help the male lead in their story develop a healthy view of love.
The Hosts, who discover they're background characters: "...We've been made into such minor characters. Can this role really work?"
111 proudly straightens its nonexistent back. "111 is already the best in our department. If we had another system, it would make you background character number ten thousand. Wouldn't you be even more upset?"

Reader's guide:
1. Gong-centric anthology, no role reversal.
2. The stories mentioned are fictional and based on no real works. Don't try to match them to novels you like. If anything bothers you, that's not the author's responsibility.
3. They dote on each other, with a slight bias toward the gong.
