Master, You Wouldn't Want Anyone to Find Out, Would You?

Shen You is a little street urchin living in a chaotic slum. She's done every kind of petty theft imaginable just to survive.

One day, she hit the jackpot when a fluttering-robed immortal took her in as his disciple.

Shen You was overjoyed. She thought she'd found a powerful patron and would never have to worry about food or drink again. She'd wear gold and silver, and her life would finally reach its peak.

Who could have known that the aloof immortal, handsome as a painting, was actually a hypocritical villain? He was not only stingy but cruel to her, allowing her just one steamed bun a day and making her practice swordsmanship on a mountaintop in the biting wind before dawn, wearing nothing but a thin disciple's robe.

She couldn't sleep well, couldn't eat her fill, and couldn't keep warm. Her hands blistered from practicing swordsmanship, and her life was even worse than it had been as a street urchin.

She practiced her sword while crying and cursing him in her heart, wishing she could stab him to death.

At last, Shen You couldn't take it anymore. She decided to sneak into his cave abode, grab a big score, and run away.

But before she could enter his room, she heard a breathy moan that made her ears burn. She crept closer and gaped at the sight of her usually lofty, icy master lying on the bed with his robes half-open and a flush of desire on his face, as if he'd been drugged with some sordid aphrodisiac.

She didn't just watch for a long time, she also recorded the scene with a memory stone before quietly slipping away.

The next day, she didn't get up early or go to sword practice. She slept until the sun was high, then went to the dining hall and ate ten steamed buns in one sitting. On top of that, she caught the immortal crane her master raised and roasted it.

That crane was just as bad as her master. It liked to bully her, pecking her butt and chasing her all over the place, making her lose face in front of her fellow disciples.

When her master learned what had happened, his usually indifferent face showed a hint of anger, and he ordered her to kneel in the ancestral hall as punishment.

She immediately pulled out the memory stone and projected the scene of him drugged. With a smug look, she threatened him: "Master, you wouldn't want anyone finding out, would you?"

After that day, Shen You began living a truly happy life, with no worries about food or drink and gold and silver to spare. She gradually got carried away, gazed at her master's beautiful face, and made an even more outrageous request: "Master, can I kiss you?"
