"There's something wrong with Bruce Wayne's new son."
The young reporter from Metropolis adjusted his glasses.
He could hear the heartbeat of every bat in Gotham, but the silver-haired boy was the only one whose chest was completely silent.

After arriving in Gotham, the android Seran Wayne strictly followed the rules of human life:
Wake up promptly at seven in the morning, make the bed, eat breakfast, then lie down promptly at eleven at night to enter standby mode (Note: Remember to close your eyes).
Bruce said humans needed to say "good night," but Seran watched Gotham's never-quite-peaceful nights and the shadow that cut across the sky.
Seran: So "good night" means someone has to keep it safe? (Thinking.jpg) (Suddenly understands.jpg)
The Batfamily: What have you learned?! Put down the laser cannon!!
He could only follow the recipes Alfred provided to make perfect cookies.
After tasting them, the butler gave his advice: Hmm... very good, but they'd be even better with a little love added.
Seran: Add Love? (Searching the internet...) People say love is sweet, so I'll try adding some sugar... and put extra in the coffee, too.
The next morning, everyone nearly passed out from the sweetness at breakfast, but then they looked over and saw Seran's eyes shining with hopeful anticipation.
Hmm... all right, today's breakfast is really good! (Reading aloud.jpg)

Seran knew he didn't belong in this world,
until Clark took his hand:
"Now close your eyes..."
"Not to enter standby mode. Feel me breathing."
"And my heartbeat..."

Later, the entire Justice League would remember that rainy night. It was the first time Seran had disobeyed Batman's orders.
His mechanical skeleton broke apart in Bruce's arms, cracks spreading across his face, yet the android tried to lift the corners of his mouth.
His blue eyes reflected Gotham as he said, "Good night."
Tips:
1. The timeline is jumbled. Character OOC and changes to the timeline are to be expected. Everything serves the story.
2. Lots of headcanons. A fusion of multiple versions and timelines. This is my take on the Batfamily.
3. Thank you for reading. Love you all!
