Sickly beauty vs. obsessive man / size difference
Marriage first, love later
When word got around that Young Master Jing was going to marry that sickly beauty, several of his friends gathered to tease him.
Jing Fan didn't bother hiding his scorn. He scoffed, "What? Is she going to eat me or something?"
After the wedding, Young Master Jing carried on with his fun as if he weren't married at all. Frowning, he complained to his friends that his wife's medicine smell was so strong it irritated him.
His friend tried to console him. "You're already married. Just find a reason to divorce her in a few years. Don't worry about what she's like. She's pretty, at least, so she's nice to look at."
Jing Fan agreed, but he was still annoyed.
He silently counted down the days, waiting for the right moment to ask for a divorce.
He never expected that the one to ask for a divorce would be his frail, delicate wife.

Qi Jing had been sickly since birth. She thought she would spend her whole life surrounded by medicine. No one could put up with a walking medicine cabinet like her, so she never imagined she would marry the most notorious "playboy" in their circle, the eldest young master of the Jing family.
At first, she didn't care. Young Master Jing could hardly hide how much he disliked her, and she didn't have to fulfill any marital duties. What difference did it make where she lived?
After learning that her husband loved someone else, Qi Jing asked for a divorce so she wouldn't hold him back.
Then everything changed.
Her ex-husband knelt before her, slapping himself and murmuring apologies over and over, begging her to remarry him.
Qi Jing: ?

Their friends applied the saying "what goes around comes around" to Young Master Jing, but didn't dare say it to his face.
Whenever Qi Jing coughed, Jing Fan went into a panic. "Baby, what's wrong? If you feel sick, I'll call a doctor right away. If you're upset, take it out on me."
The young master pushed his handsome face into her palm. "Hit me here. Will that make you feel better?"
She: "..."
Everyone else: "Young Master Jing, does your face hurt?"
* The male lead initially insists he despises her, then eats his words and falls deeply in love. Both leads are each other's first and only.
* The female lead smells of herbs and plants, not medicine. The male lead loves it.
