I, Taotie, Rule the Stars by Eating

As a powerful, invincible, wealthy Taotie, Jinyun Yao had been thriving on Earth.

But he had one rather serious little problem.

He was extremely, extremely, extremely hungry, and sometimes he was so hungry he could barely think straight.

Then one day, he was chosen by the System to save other worlds.

Jinyun Yao: Me? A ferocious beast, saving the world?

With a few little thoughts he couldn't exactly say out loud, Jinyun Yao accepted the invitation.

In this interstellar world, all kinds of twisted, sinister monsters threatened people's survival.

Jinyun Yao's mission was to get rid of them.

Jinyun Yao, who was incredibly powerful, whose true form was a Taotie, and who could gobble up monsters one after another: Fun.

The good news: These monsters could take care of his hunger.

The bad news: The System gave him the identity of a student, a useless one with no spirit form, and he wasn't qualified to go to the front lines.

Jinyun Yao: Not fun.

At first, no one had any faith in the new student. His spirit form was a horned sheep with very low attack power, his spiritual abilities had only recently awakened, and he had never received proper training.

Many people guessed that as soon as this recruit stepped onto the battlefield, he would either be scared witless by the bizarre monsters or die in battle.

But when they saw the recruit's seemingly harmless spirit form tearing into monsters and eating them with relish, and those cold, mismatched eyes gazing at people without a trace of feeling, their legs began to tremble with fear. In their hearts, they cried out:

When the people learned that Jinyun Yao's spirit form was actually the legendary ancient ferocious beast, the Taotie, who could eat monsters without any ill effects, the border planets went wild, all sending him invitations:

We have tons of monsters here, you'll get your fill!

Our monsters are special, with a unique flavor!

We have plenty of handsome men and beautiful women, perfect as a side dish!

The Federation Marshal stared at the invitations flooding his inbox, angrily slaughtered the monsters around him, and complained as he fed Jinyun Yao. Then he sent a voice message without the slightest courtesy:

This Taotie is mine!
