Pioneer [Interstellar]

In Star Calendar year 12-6355, the universe collapsed completely in a great war, becoming a dangerous, chaotic expanse of darkness. After enduring countless hardships, humanity crossed the folds of spacetime into a parallel universe and began a new human era.

To search the new universe for more resources and habitable planets, a new type of person emerged within the Human Alliance: the pioneers.

Pioneers were selfish, reckless risk-takers. With only one in ten surviving, people would speak of them with a mix of envy and fear, cursing them as "lunatics who'd rather have money than their lives."

Fang Yue was born on a mining planet. After stealing a truckload of rare ore, she bought an outdated model of shuttlecraft and became a pioneer.

After a mission went wrong, Fang Yue awakened at a critical moment and became a new human with a mental entity. With its help, she escaped danger and seized a mineral-rich planet.

When she returned to the Alliance, Fang Yue kept her awakening secret. But her growing mental entity needed to feed, and whenever it grew hungry, Fang Yue herself would fall into a frenzied state.

A frenzied Fang Yue, a reckless pioneer, and a chaotic new interstellar alliance: the galaxy was thrown into turmoil, and peace was gone for good.
