Wu Xu seems to know the answer already, but asks anyway, deliberately: "Then why didn't you dare?"
Zhuang Suhan says, "I was afraid you wouldn't want to, afraid you'd be unhappy, afraid you'd be upset."
Wu Xu says nothing, but the corners of his lips slowly lift...
Both are pure, one-on-one romance, Zhuang Suhan (gong) / Wu Xu (shou).

1. "Village bully" is just a figure of speech. The leads are both law-abiding citizens.
2. The gong is three years older than the shou. Older man romance. No switching or breaking them up.

Ban Chengming has always put work first, but this time he has no choice but to bow to fate and follow the doctor's advice. He completes the paperwork to be admitted.
The hospital is overcrowded, and there are no beds available, so he is assigned to a double room in the spinal cord injury department.
As soon as he walks in, he sees a young man half-reclining on the other bed, gazing out the window.
At the sound of his arrival, the man turns to look at him. The instant their eyes meet, Ban Chengming hears his own heart start to race...
