Shen Siyu and Shen Miaomiao take part in a cat-themed variety show together.

Viewers in the livestream raise questions one after another:

Can Shen Siyu really take care of a cat? Is this actually going to work? Did he even do his research?

Viewer: Wait, that's not how you bathe a cat! It'll get stressed!

But the very next moment, the cat happily hugs a little rubber duck in the bath. Shen Siyu asks him to give his left paw, and the kitty obediently offers it.

After watching the livestream for a while, viewers discover that Shen Miaomiao is a true master of meowing. Every meow is full of twists and turns, accompanied by tears.

"Meow~" (A third-tone meow means the cat feels wronged): You won't take me with you. Don't you love me anymore?

"Meow!" (A fourth-tone meow means the cat is worried): Shen Siyu, be careful. Don't get hurt!

"Meow meow!!" (Two meows followed by yowls mean the cat is angry): Shen Siyu, you spanked me again! I'm not talking to you anymore! The cat turns around and shoves his butt in your face.

Perhaps because he grew up unloved, Shen Siyu seems like a gentle, wealthy young movie star on the surface, but in reality, he is almost obsessively possessive of the things he owns.

So Shen Siyu never imagined he would fall for a cat.

The most absurd thing of all is that the sinister, cold-blooded, ruthless madman from the book, who eventually flies into a rage, crushes the Ji family, and casually drives the Shen family into bankruptcy,

is now curled up beside him, looking aggrieved as he calls him:

"Baby."

To avoid the plot's deadly fate, Shen Che tactfully tries to persuade his family to stay away from melodrama.

To avoid being targeted by the villain, Shen Che has no choice but to nervously work on raising his favorability.

But things still get out of control. Shen Che unexpectedly discovers that this is a pervert who acts all respectable in public and calls him Baby, but privately would love to buy a whole mansion's worth of sex toys to use on him.

Shen Che: "What exactly do you want?"

Ji Beichen smiles and whispers in his ear:

"I'm thinking... about how to lock you up so only I can look at you."
