[Honkai: Star Rail] The Masked Fools Are Looking for Fun Again Today

Jile is a Masked Fool who occasionally moonlights as a thief, a con artist, or an illegal immigrant.

In short, he's better at his side hustles than his actual job, so his colleagues are always praising him: "Your brain's broken, and you're addicted to having fun."

Jile doesn't deny it.

And he's touched that his colleagues understand him so well.

After all, as everyone knows, the Masked Fools' colleague relationships are just as much of a joke as Aha, the Aeon of Elation, himself.

Jile loves jokes, so he loves his colleagues too, and occasionally goes looking for fun with them.

But lately he's found a new toy.

A guy with a Stellaron stuffed into him who still manages to cause trouble everywhere he goes.

Ever since meeting him, Jile can't stop thinking about him. Is he really human? Does he have organs?

If he does, why hasn't the Stellaron torn them to shreds? If he doesn't, what keeps him alive?

Jile can't help gently feeling around the guy's chest.

Ah, he's so curious. He wants to cut him open and take a look.

What's beating beneath his palm, a heart or a Stellaron?

Pairing: Caelus.

If you think Caelus is out of character, then I can only say you didn't pick the same dialogue options I did. Let's respectfully agree to disagree =3=

Also, the protagonist really does have a broken brain. He's not on the side of good. I think he's neutral leaning evil, so if you think he's bad, then he's bad. No need to agonize over it.

Finally, the goal is to cause trouble! Cause trouble! Cause trouble!!! I hope the protagonist and his colleagues have a great time, and that the readers do too!!

A little promo for my new story! It's Honkai: Star Rail again! Pairing: Baiheng!

As the next candidate for sage of the School of Red Clay, Su Zhi has fairly high clearance in the Grove of Ephemera.

So, after receiving Aglaea's request, he helped two new students complete their enrollment.

The first student was adorable. The cheerful, smiling girl was gentle and lively, and talking to her was like basking in a spring breeze. Su Zhi recommended a few courses from the School of Reverence to help her become a priestess as soon as possible.

The second student was adorable too. The young man was awkward and impulsive, but deeply respectful toward his teachers, so Su Zhi recommended a few seniors from the School of Stonepull to help him improve his swordsmanship.

Finally, he also recommended that both students sit in on a class from the School of Wisdom Seeds. He'd just had a huge argument with Anaxa, but that didn't stop him from appreciating his colleague's logical arguments and experimental thinking.

The direct result was that the young man named Baiheng joined the School of Wisdom Seeds.

Su Zhi wasn't surprised. People who attended Anaxa's classes usually had one of two reactions: they either kept their distance because of his shocking statements, or were drawn in by his genius, unparalleled way of thinking.

With things as they were, Su Zhi could only sigh and pray the boy wouldn't catch Anaxa's acerbic, world-weary manner and abandon the virtue of good manners.

But the very next day, he saw the boy in his history class.

Not only that, he was also in the antique appreciation class and the art analysis class.

Su Zhi was baffled and asked him, "Why are you taking my art classes instead of focusing on alchemy?"

Baiheng: "Teacher! I truly love art! I want to learn how to authenticate antiques!"

Su Zhi: "..."

Su Zhi: "Change out of those yellow pants and purple shirt first."

He'd been putting up with them for a long time.

Pairing: Baiheng.

I'll try not to make anyone out of character. I think Wengxing's friends had it too rough, and I want to make things a little less awful for everyone. But I really agree with something Alhaitham said: personality determines fate. Some people don't need to be saved. They willingly leap into the flames.

Announcement: This story will go behind a paywall on Thursday, January 23! Three chapters will be updated at noon that day! Thank you all for your support. The kid's finally making something of himself, and won't have to rely on you sneaking in nutrient solutions to keep him going anymore, sob sob!

Theme: The protagonist saves himself and searches for hope, reminding people not to wallow in the sadness of the past, but to look toward the future!
