I'll post the first three chapters, then update slowly.
I made a few changes to the timeline in the blurb.

To save her dear friend Uchiha Shisui, who had fallen into Danzo's hands, Senju Taozi used the Flying Thunder God technique, which she hadn't yet fully mastered.
And so, in a bit of a mishap, she and Shisui, who had nearly had his eyes stolen, fell into Gotham Bay.
They were fished out by some mysterious, pitch-black creature and a handsome little kid...
Good news: They're alive.
Bad news: After reading a certain Fiery Ninja manga in this world, her friend has started to go a little dark...
So, in order to save her friend once again... Senju Taozi begins a grand adventure in a new world!

3. One-on-one pairing, and I'm firmly sticking with Shisui.
4. The timeline is a mess, mainly because I really don't want to sort out the DC timeline...
5. The DC characters are heavily stereotyped, mainly because I haven't read all that much of the comics.
6. There might not be much logic, and the characters may be very out of character.
