The cat god Shen Zimi had been living quite happily in the celestial realm, enjoying the leisurely life of a big cat.

One day, a tremendous rumble suddenly came from beyond the heavens. The sky shook and the entire celestial realm began to collapse.

The cat god learned that the celestial realm was in turmoil because of a villain who was consumed by resentment. A former cultivator had entered the demonic path, become a fallen immortal, and was undergoing tribulation.

That's right, the lightning tribulation that had torn a hole in the celestial realm was the Heavenly Dao's attempt to stop the villain from successfully completing his tribulation and becoming a terrifying Demon God.

It seemed the Heavenly Dao had failed.

Shen Zimi sighed without meaning to, then scratched his fluffy backside with a paw. He was lying by the roadside in his original form, a huge, fat white cat, lost in thought.

Unexpectedly, something went wrong, and this cat god transmigrated into a book, and not just any book, but a melodramatic old-school danmei novel called The Domineering CEO Falls in Love with Me.
