Back to the Sixties as a Production Team Leader

Chen Jincao awakened memories of her past life at sixteen. She transmigrated to the 1960s and was about to head to the countryside with her friends.

Chen Jincao: The countryside is a vast place where you can make something of yourself. Like a wild weed, I can thrive anywhere.

She rose step by step from youth league leader to production team leader, fought for better conditions for the educated youths, and quietly led the villagers out of poverty.

Everyone who talks about Chen Jincao praises her. Just as her name suggests, she is a hardy blade of grass in a fierce wind.

She helps the villagers eat better and the educated youths live better.

A friendly reminder: Read the content warnings before you start, so you can avoid anything that bothers you. Let's make sure we're a good fit for each other.

One: Older woman-younger man romance, with the female lead eight years older than the male lead. She has a relationship before the male lead, who appears near the end. Please don't read if this bothers you, and think carefully if you have a lot of triggers.

The villains can be either men or women. Every character serves the plot, and their values do not represent the author's.

Please don't offer writing advice, including but not limited to plot and word choice. The warnings are meant to keep people who might be bothered from wandering in, not to invite anyone to test their limits. Let's respect one another and part on good terms.

Two: A farming and rural development story driven by the plot. The plot is gentle and peaceful, and the pacing is slow.

Three: The female lead is independent but not isolated. Her morals are flexible. She's ambitious and calculating, and puts her own interests first while helping others along the way. The supporting characters all have their own considerations and schemes. No one in the story is perfect.

Four: There are countless great stories on Jinjiang. If you don't like this one, read something else. If you see a content warning, leave. Please don't insult people who follow the story. The internet is full of hostility, so let's all be more tolerant. I hope the world is at peace and that there are no fights in the comments. A good mood is precious, so don't waste it. You don't need to tell me if you drop the story. Insults and arguments will be deleted. Three thousand words updated daily. See you at 11 a.m.

Premise: If the world is dark, I will become a torch.
