Hayes Kane is a villain in the making.
Though some part of him might want to turn toward the light and confess his sins to Captain America, his parents are high-ranking members of the Court of Owls, and he grew up in a Hydra research facility. That doesn't exactly sound like the backstory of a hero.
Until one day, something calling itself the [Supervillain Rehabilitation System] appeared in his head.
"Wait, but ruling the world isn't a crime," Hayes argued in his own defense.
"Is that so?" the System asked with pity. "What if you ruled as a dictator, sent criminals to Gotham to play the Hunger Games, killed all the heroes who opposed you, imposed restrictions on superpowered people, and brainwashed Steve Rogers?"
Oh no. I really am a supervillain.
According to the System, doing more good deeds as it directs will bring plenty of rewards and help him clean up his image and get back on the straight and narrow.
Fine. All I have to do is good deeds. Hayes blew up Hydra's Gotham base, thinking as he plummeted at high speed. Because I'm good.
You have gained [Lincoln March's attention].
You have gained [Nth Metal Symbiotic Armor].
You have gained [Dark Metal Goggles], [Joker Lantern], and [Anthony Stark's Lifetime VIP Customer status]...
Did something strange sneak in there?
Anyway, the supervillain is going to turn over a new leaf.
*Separate endings, one-on-one romance
Theme: Believe in heroes
It looks a bit confusing. What did the protagonist do before? Bruce's brother?
