The game Brother War Simulator is a family-themed nurturing game with a New Game Plus system. Players take the role of the younger sister of a romanceable character and work hard to reach an eternal happy ending.

First Playthrough: [Endless Nightmare]

You are the fated-to-die-young youngest daughter of the Kibutsuji family. You and your twin brother were both diagnosed by the doctor as unlikely to live past twenty.

"How tragic," everyone around you had said since you were little. But you didn't think you were unfortunate, because you still had your brother.

You had been inseparable since birth. As long as you were together, even falling into hell would have been all right.

On your twentieth birthday, your frail brother turned into a demon.

He abandoned you.

Second Playthrough: [The Road to the Underworld]

You are the sister of a four-armed freak, the most powerful curse in the world.

Even if you look nothing like each other, a brother is still a brother.

"My sister is the sharpest blade in the world. She'll clear away every obstacle in my path." The deformed, grotesque, yet proud and ferocious man stroked your head, showing off your beauty and sharpness to everyone.

"We'll be together forever." He held your hand and promised, his palm warm and strong. "No one can ever separate us."

But when the inevitable day arrived, he let go of your hand without hesitation.

You fell from the sky and shattered into pieces.

Third Playthrough: [When the Sun and Moon Fall]

You are the daughter of a daimyo in the Warring States period. Unlike your twin brother, you are carefree and innocent.

Demons roam this era, and curses run rampant, but you aren't afraid.

Your two older brothers are both strong. They'll protect you.

"All our little sister needs to do is live happily."

One of your brothers ran away from home without taking you with him.

Your other brother unhesitatingly turned into a man-eating demon.

They both abandoned you.

Fourth Playthrough: [Beyond the Gods]

You are the sister of a divine child, but you are nothing like your brother, who makes your parents proud.

You don't have pale oak-colored hair or rainbow-colored eyes. You're as plain as an inconspicuous little gray mouse.

Only your beautiful, godlike brother likes you, his little mouse of a sister.

This time, you'll surely be happy with your new brother.

You held on to that determination.

On the night you were burned to death as a shrine maiden,

you saw your brother saving someone else's sister in the red-light district.

Damn it! What kind of game is this? Why is there no happy ending?

After completing every route, Bai Ye angrily quit the game and focused on getting back to reality.

Her daily life gradually started to feel strange.

The more she looked at Tsukihiko, the shikigami who had grown up with her, the more she thought he had the familiar face of a game character model.

Walking down the street, she was accosted by a strange silver-haired old man driving a Porsche, who told her, "You were adopted. I'm your real brother."

Even when she hid at her family's old home in Hachihara for summer vacation, she found a strange finger that cackled at her. "We meet again, my dear sister."

That winter, when the curses erupted, the brothers from the game appeared before her one after another.

They reached out to her. "Have you finally remembered, Bai Ye?"
