Reader's guide:
1. The plot combines the Slay the Gods anime and novel, but so far the author has only watched the anime. I'll read the novel later and fill in the details. I'm just writing for fun, so there's no point in taking it too seriously.
2. The Rakshasa in this book is an impersonator, not the original Rakshasa, but his personality and character are the same. Since Honkai: Star Rail hasn't yet revealed the relationship between Rakshasa and the Medicine Buddha, their relationship here is set as "living together peacefully, but without worship." The Honkai: Star Rail plot isn't involved, so just treat this as a parallel world. If you scold me, I'll cry, orz.
3. Even though Qiye appears often in the blurb, this is an everyone-pairing story. The anime character models are all gorgeous, so I like them all and will happily eat it all up. Nobody dies, not one of them. The Compassionate Medicine King is here, so how could anyone die?
