This book records Matsuda Hanamichi's life as a Public Security officer who goes undercover in a criminal organization.
After passing the police academy entrance exam, he accidentally glimpses a certain amount of the future through a fairy, and Matsuda Hanamichi is completely stunned.
So the two of them, who usually cling to pillows and seek out their childhood friends / younger brothers to bond with, accidentally stumble upon a cult gathering.
Matsuda Hanamichi, with his villainous face: "Fairy, fairy, who's next?"
Matsuda Jinpei, with the same face: "Is Hana going crazy?"
Hagiwara Kenji, trying to make sense of his childhood friend's behavior: "No idea, but I feel a chill down my back."
?? This story does not cover the plot of Atelier of Witch Hat, nor most of its game mechanics. It only features the fairies. The fairies' illustrations are included in the author's notes and may be added to the main text later.
In the game, the player is an "alchemist," while Matsuda Hanamichi is a spirit summoner, so Matsuda Hanamichi is not the player.
