The Young Master's Delicate and Frail, Yet Irresistible

[Complete]

Qingfeng Valley opens once every sixty years. Zhen Jian, who was about to become its 250th Valley Master, happened to be leaving the valley to gain experience.

In this life, he had killed many people, but never saved anyone. Until one day, on a whim, he saved a man with a pretty face and beautiful eyes.

But the man wasn't grateful. He glared at him, bristling and acting coy like a little cat.

Zhen Jian had meant to leave, but for some inexplicable reason, he stayed.

"This young master has his cute side, too," he murmured.

He was very good at acting coy.

Yin Yu had always thought his life was worthless. It was full of hardship and turmoil, and he had never cared about his own life.

That was, until he met Zhen Jian.

Although that man only knew how to rile him up, he still protected him well. Although he scolded him, he always worried about him, too.

He made Yin Yu feel as if a little color and grandeur had seeped into his pale life.

The unease and anxiety in his heart would vanish completely whenever he was with Zhen Jian.

For reasons he couldn't explain, he tricked the man into joining him on the same rope, tying him up so he couldn't leave.

Yet he refused to admit that he had fallen for him.

"I'm not that reassured."

The haughty young master sternly, softly warned himself.

The story and dialogue up to 85,000 words are from something I wrote when I was little. I tried to preserve it all, changing only some of the wording. The story might feel a little disjointed, and there's a lot of push and pull.

The rest is newly written.

The plot has changed, but the theme and characters haven't. They've just become more fully realized in my heart.

And now, ta-da:

1. A stepmother who can't write angst isn't a good birth mother! (A little angst is fun; too much is bad for you!)

2. I don't care, I want them to fall in love!!!!

3. Also known as: #YouCan'tOutdoMeAtGettingOnYourNerves!# #Waaah, You're Bullying Me Again# #TheYoungMasterIsDelicateAndEasyToPushOver#

[Pure wuxia, pure romance. A daydream from when I was young, preserving the style and feeling of my childhood writing.]

[Short and comforting.]

[The joy of going wild with my kinks.]

[I think it's so sweet. It's fate.]

Theme: We were destined to meet, and I love you.
