My Archrival Can't Become My Wife!

Your Archrival Can't Become Your Wife!

After Kiyono Kazuma dies, he gets a System.

The System needs him to collect emotional points from his targets. The more intense their emotional reactions, the longer Kiyono Kazuma can stay alive.

The System's suggestion: You could have a love affair with your target that shakes heaven and earth.

Kiyono Kazuma: ? What a tasteless thing.

Farewell, you who don't understand the truth that hate lasts longer than love!

System: ?

Kiyono Kazuma confidently comes up with a plan of action for himself.

- Oppose his target and become his archrival.

And so...

The target wants to become a teacher, take down the rotten old-timers, and push through reforms?

Kiyono Kazuma first befriends his target, then betrays him and takes down all the rotten old-timers, leaving the target with nothing to do.

System: ?

The target tries to kill himself every day so he can die alongside a girl he loves?

Kiyono Kazuma spends the night putting electric fences around every river in Yokohama. When he fails to stop him, he tries to die alongside him, sticking to him like glue. No matter where the target goes, Kiyono Kazuma is there.

System: ??

The target wants to take down the distillery and restore peace to Japan?

Kiyono Kazuma is delighted. He works overtime every day and finally replaces his boss as the distillery's Boss...

System: ???

Wait! Isn't this the opposite of what an archrival should do?

But looking at the steadily increasing emotional points, the System falls silent.

Could it... really be that it doesn't understand humans?

By the time the mission ends, Kiyono Kazuma has accomplished his goal and is ready to retire. Suddenly, the target appears and gives Kiyono Kazuma a kiss.

Theme: People should speak their minds.
