Hey, Show Me Your Abs.

A warmhearted neighborhood police officer * a reclusive, mildly antisocial comic artist living alone

Ji Zhijie passed the civil service exam and was assigned to Happiness Community as a neighborhood police officer.

After receiving a report from a resident about someone abusing cats, Ji Zhijie immediately headed out.

She knocked several times, but no one answered. Just as she was about to ask a colleague to look up the resident's file, the door suddenly opened. A gloomy, long-haired woman stood inside, holding a sharp blade and spattered with blood.

The woman seemed emotionally unstable and might attack someone with the knife, so Ji Zhijie drew her baton.

"Step back! I'm counting to three. Put down your weapon!"

Shang Jia felt terribly unlucky.

She kept running into the new neighborhood police officer.

First, the officer came to her home for a visit and knocked her unconscious with a baton after suspecting her of attacking someone with a knife. Then, when she couldn't sleep and wandered around the park in the middle of the night, she got thrown over the officer's shoulder. Finally, while watching the couple across the way argue from her balcony, she got another visit from the officer, this time for a household registration check.

After all that, Shang Jia tried to avoid this walking disaster, but Ji Zhijie stuck to her like glue.

In her crisp police uniform, Ji Zhijie spotted the familiar face and flashed a dazzling grin:

"Hey, bestie, have you downloaded the National Anti-Fraud App?"

Shang Jia didn't want to deal with her, but after one thing led to another, she found herself saddled with her. To get rid of the problem, Shang Jia made a tough demand:

"I'll be your informant, but you have to model for me."

Ji Zhijie was thrilled that Shang Jia had finally relented, grinning from ear to ear.

"Deal! I've got an eight-pack!"

Later, as Ji Zhijie worked overtime late into the night, her phone lit up.

Shang Jia: You there? Let me see those abs.
