Player Hood Doesn't Want to Change New Game Plus

There was no way to save himself in the first playthrough. Even Batman, whose affection was nearly maxed out, couldn't change the outcome.

Jason Todd looked at the death CG he'd unlocked. Batman was hunched over, holding him. Okay, old man, I'm sorry I didn't listen to you. My arrogance made me repeat that inescapable death. If one of us has to die, I don't want you to be the one left behind, he thought.

The scene where the old Bat, almost pleading, begged him not to go to that trap became one of the memories in the first-playthrough recap.

The player went looking for a resurrection guide but couldn't understand it. What did it mean that only an NPC could perform the resurrection procedure, and that the NPC had to be neutral or lower on the alignment scale to revive the player?

The player silently thought about how, during the game, he'd only raised his family's affection levels and ignored everyone else. And everyone in his family was Lawful Good. There was no hope of getting resurrected.

He tried the dream-entry feature recommended by the System, hoping to use his three chances to enter dreams to awaken Batman's feelings as a father.

Bruce, jolting awake in the middle of the night: ?! (He walks to the Batcave and silently stares at the Robin suit.)

Just kidding. Jason bounced around in Bruce's dream, a happy little bird staying behind Batman, who was patrolling even in his dreams. His bright colors didn't stain the night's dream red.

He knew Batman's will was unbreakable. He loved him as a father, and he also loved Bruce for staying true to what he believed in.

Started the second playthrough.

Got one death ending after another.

"F*ck, why can I still get killed when I choose not to be a vigilante and just live like a rich kid?"

"What the hell is this ABO thing... So this is a way to die, too?"

Once, he chose to carry over his first-playthrough data into a new playthrough, and suddenly there was another Jason Todd: Red Hood, bigger and more muscular. He was now in Arkham, staring face-to-face with him. The Joker was only a few cells away. The player, still wearing the outfit he'd had on before he died, typed a question mark.

Faced with his old man's out-of-character behavior, Nightwing acting strangely, Red Robin barely seeming to exist, and Robin being bad-tempered, Jason was on the verge of breaking down. He might as well go back to the ABO world and be an orange. He regretted not choosing an apple or some unknown fruit, but at least the family got along.

The little bird, who had just died, was saved. His long-unseen Robin suit, torn and ragged, clung to the teenager's body. The mask couldn't hide his blue eyes. The player, who hadn't adjusted the pain settings, couldn't even stand. His trembling body couldn't support his ragged, hoarse gasps. A blood-soaked little bird returning to the family wouldn't make them whole again.

Red Hood let Red Robin take him away.

Jason Todd abruptly quit the game and took a moment to calm down. He started the first playthrough again and climbed out of the coffin, only then realizing that resurrection really was possible.
