Xianlu is a snow-mountain wolf hiding in human society. His shapeshifting skills are terrible, and his ears and tail keep popping out whenever he turns human. So he can only dash through city streets in wolf form, often flying into a rage when people mistake him for a Samoyed.
One ordinary night, he licked an evil black ball disguised as dog mint. A System calling itself the Villain Roleplay Plan leapt out of the cracked ball, enthusiastically introducing its "Plan to Crush the Protagonist Underfoot" and doing everything it could to recruit him.
After the System crawled back into the ball to play fetch with Xianlu dozens of times, and promised that a glorious future as the ruler above all awaited him, Xianlu finally, half-convinced, sealed the deal with a high five.
