Hello, Please Fall in Love!

The System opened a panel: [Maiden conquest]

"Maiden power," Lin Shan said.

System: ?

-

A pig butcher in her last life, an archaeologist in this one.

On a rainy day, while working the late shift, Lin Shan was chosen by a romance System.

[Hello! Please fall in love!]

Lin Shan looked at the mud on her clothes, then at the skeleton buried in front of her.

Lin Shan: .

Who was she supposed to fall in love with? This pile of bones?

Who could have guessed the tomb's owner would actually come back to life!

"You've forgotten?"

The words were practically spat through gritted teeth.

"Hah, fine, forget that you buried me here... But what did I ever do to you? You even dug me up again! All you can think about is that research of yours!"

Lin Shan was silent for a moment.

First she turned to the System: "You're actually the Revenge Alliance System, aren't you?"

Then she sincerely asked the skeleton: "Where are your vocal organs?"

"We broke up because you were always doing those stupid experiments! Didn't you notice the way those experimental samples looked at you? Didn't you know what they were thinking?"

"Mm-hmm, okay, sorry. So do you produce sound waves by rubbing the air together?"

Let's keep the discussion civil. Don't blow things out of proportion. This is a Mary Sue, universally adored, chuunibyou, romantic-rivalry, illogical fever dream. The characters aren't perfect. Use Morse code if you want to argue. No personal attacks or insults; otherwise, do as you like.

Theme: Feel the power.
