[Farming + Food + Infrastructure + Management + Adventure]
Blurb:
Pei Xun, a completionist who'd collected every entry in the encyclopedia and a hardcore gamer who'd mastered multiple playthroughs, accidentally clicked a trash ad and was dragged by a shady game System into a certain Western fantasy adventure game just after she'd achieved its perfect ending. Now she had to build up an abandoned farm.
Wait, what? Dragging a gamer into farming? Does that make any sense?!!
Pei Xun immediately wanted to die and escape on the spot, but the shady System played dirty and handed her a beginner's "gift pack" from the start!
And so, she received half of a rickety wooden shack and a battered notebook with ragged, frayed pages.
[Ding-ding! The first step to becoming a great farm owner is having a sturdy little house of your own~]
Looking at the pitifully low progress bar for getting home on the game screen, Pei Xun gritted her teeth. If it was a house that needed fixing, then she'd fix it!
She rebuilt the roof beams, repaired the roof, and made furniture! She plastered the walls, built a stove, and added the finishing touches! The shabby little wooden shack was transformed into a two-story villa!
[The most important thing on a farm is fertile soil! Host, work hard to cultivate farmland!]
Pei Xun worked away with all her might, doing the work of ten oxen! She sowed seeds bought from the general store, watered and fertilized them every day, and happily waited for the harvest.
Soon the game leveled up, a random wheel appeared, and she immediately started spinning!
[Ding! Congratulations, Host! You've drawn the basic gathering talent! Head into the forest to gather materials! If you're lucky, you might find some rare seeds~]
Pei Xun got to work, gathering blindly and stuffing everything into her bag without a care.
[Ding! Fluffgrass x1, Star Cherry Blossom x1, automatically dismantled! Experience +10! Forest edible mushrooms x10, mushroom spawn x10! Pheasant x2! You can now make delicious food!]
And so Pei Xun happily devoured cream of mushroom soup, spicy grilled chicken lasagna, seared black pepper beef tongue...
As she kept gathering, she inevitably picked up some strange things, like a boot, or a wooden axe...
[Ding! Damaged wooden axe x1, bloodstained cloth strip x1. Story fragment detected. Side quest "The Blacksmith's Troubles" unlocked! Rewards: Experience +1000, Blacksmith Green's favorability +20, brand-new kitchenware x1...]
Pei Xun hurried to town, completed the side quest, and returned home, pleased with an armful of gifts.
[Congratulations, Host, you've leveled up! Gathering talent evolved! Acquired the Rare Material Guidance skill! Targeted Common Material Collection skill! Experience +2000! Star Diamonds x100!]
[Ding! Congratulations, Host, you've obtained a rare two-star material: Silver Chalice Flower Dew x1, Experience +100!]
Pei Xun repaired, built, worked, and spun the wheel, constantly unlocking rare talents and limited-time banners!
She kept pulling on the banners until she was sick of it! Her level kept rising, higher and higher!
Fishpond x1! Winery x1! Greenhouses x6! Granaries x10!
The rickety shack was transformed into a three-story villa! The abandoned farm was now neat and orderly, its growing areas bursting with variety! Its specialty produce was shipped to markets everywhere and sold out as fast as it arrived!
[Ding! Congratulations, Host, you've acquired a key farm owner talent! Animal Husbandry talent x1! Earned the title "Monsters? NO! Livestock? YES!"!]
[Ding! Congratulations, Host, you've successfully tamed a three-star monster! Golden Sheep x3! Yield obtained: Golden Wool x10!]
As soon as her rare magical materials hit the market, all the normally high-and-mighty wizard academies and royal nobles went wild for them!
Eventually, Pei Xun's farm grew so large that she began to run short on staff.
[Ding! System has detected Host's predicament! Suitable employees have been summoned for you! Please wait patiently!]
The next morning, a proud Frost Dragon with one wing half-destroyed, a determined temple paladin who was completely blind, a disfigured Forest Elf abandoned by her kin, and a gentle, insecure half-succubus carrying a curse... all appeared at the farm entrance.
Looking at her familiar former companions (P.S. They were all severely battle-scarred), Pei Xun was dumbfounded.
The System's demonic voice chimed in at just the right moment: [Once the Host's farm owner level reaches the maximum, anything is possible~]
There was nothing for it. Pei Xun could only diligently begin teaching them how to farm while expanding the farm and rapidly raising her farm owner level!
But why did that gentle and virtuous half-succubus sneak into her room every night? Sigh, this kind of sweet attentiveness was such a headache!
(Things to be aware of!
1. This story may contain detailed descriptions of ingredients and products used in cooking and construction, as well as the processes involved in later preparation and production. The pacing is slow, and goals won't be achieved quickly. If that's not for you, please drop out early.
2. The story's world has more women than men. Gender-neutral terms default to female/feminine (including but not limited to youths, elders, honored guests, wizards, blacksmiths, and so on). Female pronouns and references come first by default; this is not a word-order error (for example, mother and father).
3. Romance is in the background, and the male lead appears in the middle or later part of the story. Multiple supporting characters have one-sided feelings for the protagonist, romantic and platonic alike. The protagonist will always put herself and her gaming experience first, but she's incredibly charming to the core (not really).
4. The protagonist is secretly very powerful, but prefers to play it safe and keep a low profile. She's an enthusiastic cook, an exercise lover, and an encyclopedia completionist, among other things. She's not exactly what you'd call a gamer.
The blurb is provisional and may change at any time, but the keywords will stay the same.)
