Reflections in the Mirror

On the surface, it's a master-and-shadow-guard romance, with the master as the pursuer and the guard as the pursued. In truth, it's a story about childhood friends, tangled grudges, amnesia, and melodrama, but the people involved are so easygoing that it ends happily.

I wrote this ages ago, around 2018, when I was still obsessed with shadow-guard stories. Somehow, the more I wrote, the less it resembled a typical shadow-guard story.
