After Hearing Their Thoughts, the Six Eyes Went on a Rampage

[My first attempt at a long novel as a beginner in 2024. It really has a lot of shortcomings, so thank you all for being patient with me TT] [Next novel: Love and the Tiger Emperor. See the blurb below] My name is Kageyama Akika. I was an employee of the Port Mafia who died a gruesome death in a bombing. When I opened my eyes again... where the hell was I? Was this still Yokohama? Why had I transmigrated into a manga as the Gojo family's housekeeper, Wang Ma?! Just thinking about the manga's plot terrified me. I didn't want to stay a second longer, but the head of the family was incredibly generous, offering me a six-figure salary with a wave of his hand. A million a year, your Wang Ma can do it all. * When Satoru was sixteen, a young housekeeper came to live with his family. She was efficient and quiet, and when necessary, all she ever said was, "It's been a long time since I've seen the young master smile so happily." But he could always hear her untimely inner thoughts. While Wang Ma was doing laundry, he heard: [Heh, the gears of fate are turning. Gojo's going to get tricked on a mission into keeping his Infinity up for two whole days, then someone's going to stab him in the back. What a miserable end...] Satoru: ? Him? Stabbed in the back? Impossible. Absolutely impossible! * Geto had something on his mind lately. He'd realized that he could apparently hear his best friend's housekeeper's thoughts. The first time they met, he heard: [Well, well, if it isn't the cult leader. Haven't seen you in a few days, and you've really gone downhill, huh? If you ask me, you just haven't read enough books. You keep wanting to kill all non-sorcerers. A few days at a regular job would straighten you right out.] Geto: ? Who? A cult leader? Kill all non-sorcerers? Impossible. Absolutely impossible! * After working diligently for several years and saving enough money to be ready to flee this chaotic version of Tokyo at any time, I realized the plot had gone off course. ...Fine, Gojo becoming a teacher at Jujutsu High is one thing, but Geto, what's your excuse? And that wasn't all. My former boss, the head of the Port Mafia, personally paid a visit to my current employer, the Gojo family. They talked about bonds and friendship and decided to destroy the jujutsu world together. The young master said he'd give me this much once it was done (held up one finger). I was silent for a moment, then resolutely joined them. Don't underestimate the bond between us! 1. Gojo pairing 2. The main story is in third person 3. Lots of foreshadowing in the early chapters. Later on, the heroine and Brainy battle it out with magic 4. The plot has been changed, the timeline is a mess, and any differences from the original are my own headcanon 5. Everyone understands characters differently. If you don't like it, feel free to leave. I'm sorry my writing couldn't keep you here. Maybe we'll meet again. Coming soon: Love and the Tiger Emperor. Blurb: Morinaka Yukina was confessed to by an underclassman from middle school. He was the famous Tiger of West Junior High, and he stuttered as he asked if she would go out with him. Yukina turned him down in just three seconds. "Sorry, I like guys who are eighteen." The boy left looking disappointed. After that, she never saw him again. After the nationwide riots had passed, Yukina returned to the worst-hit area and joined the city's reconstruction efforts. She never dreamed her supposedly past-its-prime civil engineering degree would get another chance to shine. In Tokyo, Yukina met Itadori Yuji again. Morinaka Yukina launched her own advance in just three seconds. "You're eighteen this year, right? Want to try dating me?" Itadori Yuji: "?" * Morinaka Yukina had a personal rule for life: she only dated eighteen-year-old boys. Eighteen-year-old guys were just so fresh and lively. When she reunited with Itadori, he was eighteen, tall and handsome. A flower blooming so beautifully deserved to be admired, and Yukina didn't want to seem insensitive. But what was with the scar on his face? And why were two of his fingers missing?! Itadori, what happened to you? Yukina was heartbroken. Yukina was shocked. Yukina held Itadori Yuji in the palm of her hand. Just when everyone thought they would walk hand in hand into a happy future, Yukina dumped Itadori Yuji without hesitation as soon as he turned nineteen. "Sorry, I like guys who are fresh and lively." Itadori Yuji: ? * Later, Morinaka Yukina discovered that eighty-three-year-old Itadori Yuji was five times as fresh and lively.
