Complicit [Forced Possession]

[Coercive Possession] [Taboo Fiction]

As the most prominent family in Hong Kong City, the Tangs have always drawn attention, and Madam Tang, Nie Wanzheng, has long been a favorite subject of the media.

But the Tang family keeps her under such tight wraps that the only photo of her left online shows a pair of legs emerging from a black car beside its door, beneath the hem of an ink-lotus qipao...

A pair of legs innocent as a dream.

And alluring enough to sway the heart.

There are rumors.

Nie Wanzheng's true first love was her stepson, the youngest young master of the Tang family.

But on the day the Tang family patriarch was laid to rest,

someone saw Nie Wanzheng escorting her husband on his final journey with a black umbrella, then getting into the car of Tang Zongrui, the eldest son of the Tang family.

Tang Zongrui gripped her chin with one hand and leaned down to kiss her.

Nie Wanzheng didn't respond at all.

Afterward, she wiped the moisture from her lips. "Tang Zongrui, you're a rotten bastard."

Rain from outside the window filled Tang Zongrui's eyes, black as a snake. He looked down at her with cold indifference.

"Whatever."

"Babe, how many more days are you going to mourn him?"

-

Nie Wanzheng felt that four words were enough to sum up the first half of her life:

She had no choice.

-

[She had eyes that adored bluebirds, but no right to ride the wind.]

A few reading tips:

1. As usual, this is a little bittersweet. Aside from the male lead being completely [faithful] [with no exes], anything could happen in this story. If you have any triggers, please steer clear.

2. [Old-school] [Angsty] [Coercive Possession]. The male lead is [no good]. That's important: this is the real deal, not a sweet romance, and it won't appeal to everyone.

3. As always, the characters' values don't represent the author's. There are plenty of creative liberties.

4. The author is a crybaby who bursts into tears at the slightest criticism. If you want to argue, you're right. This is just a little story to pass the time. If it doesn't suit you, find another one. Please don't send writing advice.
