I Only Found Out My Husband Had a Tail After We Got Married

Xia Taotao has always been the "good kid next door" in her neighbors' eyes.

As a child, she was obedient and sweet, like a figure on a New Year print. At school, she was an outstanding student, and after graduation, she was immediately recruited by the factory.

Through her supervisor's introduction, she met her equally exceptional partner.

He was handsome, modest, and courteous. They promised to work hard together to build their country.

He was wonderful, and she adored him.

September 9: an auspicious day for a wedding.

Xia Taotao's wedding was a lively affair. Her in-laws were all kind, and the colleagues and elders who came to offer their congratulations all said she had married into a blessed family.

At first, she thought so too.

Only after the wedding did she discover that life at home was anything but ordinary.

When her father-in-law was happy, he gave you peaches. When he was unhappy, he threw peaches at you.

Her mother-in-law seemed to have terrible luck and often ran into fires.

Her stern eldest brother-in-law wanted to teach the family's long-haired rabbit pinyin.

Her mysterious second brother-in-law had to water himself every day.

Her eldest sister-in-law, who was already married, loved coming back to her parents' home every single day.

Xia Taotao reassured herself that they just had unusual personalities.

She instinctively clung to her beloved, then spotted a large tail swaying from side to side out of the corner of her eye.

H-help!

Her husband has grown a tail!
