Becoming the Suppressant for My Formerly Chaste Sister-in-Law

Pairing: Younger Alpha secretly harboring feelings and instinctively attracted to her x older Omega who says one thing and means another, cries easily, and is emotionally fragile

Blurb:

Ke Chulai has a crush on someone else's wife, He Ruolan.

That someone else is her stepsister, Jiang Man.

On the surface, though, Ke Chulai is a notorious playgirl Alpha in their social circle, the kind rumored to go through eight Omegas a week.

The day she caught Jiang Man cheating, Ke Chulai said, “Sorry to interrupt. Carry on.”

She turned to leave, then saw He Ruolan.

Oh no

Just from smelling He Ruolan's pheromones spilling out in her fury,

Ke Chulai went into heat early!

He Ruolan teaches at a prestigious university and is old-fashioned and conservative.

She and Jiang Man were a rare BO couple who had stayed together for years.

But not long after they got married, Jiang Man cheated on her.

At the scene of the affair was Ke Chulai, whom she had never liked.

The Alpha's pheromones were brazen and discourteous.

He Ruolan's legs went weak, and the corners of her eyes reddened. Her upbringing made her grit her teeth and snap, “You, step back!”

But the fingertips pressed against Ke Chulai's collarbone were turning faintly white.

After the divorce, Jiang Man turned the blame around and spread rumors everywhere that He Ruolan, an Omega, couldn't bear to be alone and had seduced Ke Chulai.

Ke Chulai heard the story and sneered.

What nonsense!

The truth was, on the very day they divorced, Ke Chulai had gone to seduce He Ruolan.

She told her how good it felt to be marked by an Alpha.

She offered herself as He Ruolan's comforter.

They agreed on three rules: no exposing their relationship in public, no marking, and no forcing anything on the other.

So later, time and again, Ke Chulai took her into the private bathing cubicle, making the most of its excellent privacy.

She went to great lengths to tease the desires He Ruolan had kept buried for years.

He Ruolan, too, broke the rules she had set herself.

Because she finally learned that Ke Chulai's heat was no coincidence: it was caused by smelling her pheromones for twelve years.

At last, she didn't have to hold back.

Extra scene

Ke Chulai had just buttoned her shirt when He Ruolan circled her wrist. Her cool eyes looked shattered and shimmering.

Ke Chulai, who held a grudge, pretended not to understand her dependence. “Now you're actually asking me to stay the night?”

“Aren't you afraid someone will find out?”

He Ruolan replied softly and sweetly, “Why bother putting on an act?”

Hmph.

You'd think she hadn't been the one putting on an act before.
