*A story about two boys. It's quite old-fashioned, and naturally the writing can't compare with what's published today.

The proper blurb:

Zhang Xinqi has always been obsessed with cherries, especially the cherries at No. 5 High School.

The cherry blossoms looked especially beautiful in their second year of high school.

"Jiang Jiong, let's go see the cherry blossoms."

In the blink of an eye, the boys they once were had grown into adults.

They grew up together.

"How long have you been waiting for this day?"

"1,089 days."

1,089. I will remember that number forever.

Tragic ending. The bottom dies.

Jiang Jiong x Zhang Xinqi

Jiong (third tone): distant. Jiang Jiong means a river flowing in the distance.

Xinqi: steadfast and true, never missing the appointed time.

Theme: "The one who never misses the appointed time is in the river flowing in the distance."
