Lu Linxun had been in a serious car accident in college, and news of his supposed amnesia had even made the campus papers.

He knew perfectly well he hadn't lost his memory. The injuries from the accident were fake.

Yet this schoolmate, a terrible actor, couldn't even finish his lie before his neck turned bright red.

Lu Linxun stared at those evasive eyes, almost doubting himself.

“Pretending we got back together after a breakup works too. I'll pay extra.”

Zhu Mi couldn't understand why Lu Linxun believed such an obviously malicious lie.

Not only did he believe it, he kept asking for details about their relationship.

Like when they first held hands, where they first kissed, what positions he liked, and whether Zhu Mi had thought about getting back together over the years.

For the money, Zhu Mi put up with it all.

He made up tearful stories to fool the real thing, then put on a fake smile and helped the real thing fool his elders and clients. He conned his way to a fat wallet, until Lu Linxun found that old love letter.

When his lies were exposed, Zhu Mi ran for it at once.

Whoever wants to be the fake boyfriend can have the job. He wasn't giving the money back!

Until one day, someone took him away from a matchmaking event and dragged him straight into a bedroom.

Their hips pressed together as Lu Linxun looked down and demanded, “You were smiling so happily. Did you write him a love letter too?”

“I was with him… Mmph!”

As Zhu Mi's lips were kissed into a daze, he wondered: Could this be some new way to collect a debt?
