How Did TSC's Livestream Get Seen by CCG?!

Fifteen years after the Battle of Tokyo, the CCG [Commission of Counter Ghoul] has become history, and people seem to have stopped talking about the investigators who once served there. One day, on TSC's official forum, someone suddenly points out that many of TSC's current top officials used to be CCG investigators. Were the CCG investigators just as capable, or perhaps even more impressive?

The first reply comes quickly: "Then we have to talk about that man."

Second floor: "You mean him, right?"

Third floor: "Who else could it be?"

Fourth floor: "What? Can the first two floors explain what they're talking about? Riddle-talkers should all go die."

Fifth floor: "That man... Neither investigators nor ghouls could ever forget him."

Sixth floor: "Let's use a code phrase. IXA."

The seventh-floor poster responds with a screen full of question marks.

There is much speculation among the public about the investigators of the past, and rumors abound as people repeat what they've heard. Mr. Ui, a senior TSC official, shouts, "I absolutely will not allow anyone to spread rumors about Mr. Arima!"

So the Publicity Department takes on a new assignment: to use livestreams to show people the investigators and ghouls of the past.
