Also titled: I Built an Underworld University in a Haunted World

Luo Tian'an had served in the Underworld for 9,999 years when she was assigned a mission: go to another world and rebuild the Underworld there.

If she rebuilt the Underworld, she could become more than just the King of Hell. She might even become the Great Emperor of Fengdu!

Luo Tian'an arrived with all her belongings and was delighted to discover that

The Heavenly Dao in this world was incomplete, and ghosts were running wild everywhere. They had mutated into supernatural entities, forming one strange domain after another, but she certainly wouldn't have to worry about earning merit points!

What she did worry about was how to rebuild the Underworld. She was the only official in the enormous Underworld, and she had no idea how many centuries it would take to finish building it. Who knew what a mess the human world would be by then?

Just then, Luo Tian'an happened to come across recruitment videos from all the top universities. She looked at the rows and rows of youthful, vibrant faces on the screen.

Luo Tian'an's eyes lit up. These were the students she needed!

To rebuild the Underworld, she would start by establishing an Underworld University!
