The full-dive game Journey to Another World has taken the globe by storm, and its official competitions cause a sensation every year.
Yan Yang, a two-time champion, decides to try a different play style. But when she logs into the game, she transmigrates directly into its world and becomes a first-year student at a magic academy.
A major competition between the academies is about to begin, but the contest is nearly underway and Yan Yang is still a girl with nothing: no credits, no weapons, no teammates.
No credits? The contamination zones in both worlds have identical characteristics. She applies her knowledge of the game world to the magic world, leading a team to cleanse a contamination zone that even the academy's teachers couldn't handle. Then, as everyone cheers, she takes her leave, easily earning her credits.
No weapons? She wields weapons that other people have discarded with astonishing skill. She can even hold her own against an S-rank weapon user, stunning students and faculty alike.
No teammates? She picks out the "problem students" everyone in the academy dislikes, and they successfully form a team to make up the numbers. As they spend time together, she discovers that they aren't problem students at all. They're all geniuses!
No one knows that beneath the appearance of this first-year student lies the max-level skill of someone who once reached the top of the global competition.
-- This isn't traditional Western fantasy magic, so I haven't added the usual tags. I've been coming up with the setting and worldbuilding to suit my own tastes, so it's an original fantasy world, but it definitely has magic.
-- My last competition novel had some frustrating moments, with unexpected incidents cropping up whenever the matches got going. This time I want to keep things lighter and focus solely on the competition and academy life.
-- There is a romance, but not much of one. The male lead is mostly a background character.
Theme: Love life.
This posture is weird 🥺 I can't imagine how social this scene would be in front of the teacher and so many students [cheek holding]
Did I miss something? Huang Yi couldn't eliminate Hong Yi. Why did Huang Yi say that the heroine should be eliminated first?
Is this Lao Deng sick? When will Liu Guang be able to get rid of his control? 😭
I also want to sit on the cat, woo woo woo
Oh, the little tsundere with a cold face and a warm heart
Niu Niu Niu, I asked you how to give me underwear, but it turned out that I was just looking for sex.
Nice! I like the super strong female protagonist and this excellent gender ratio. And the leaders are all women, such as deans, agents, etc. I like it. Most of the people who feel strong are women, and the fight and sympathy between women are well written 🙏 But I feel like I can write more in the future? Such as detecting and purifying magic fields, black magic, etc. Did it end too early?
Good competition! Will there be any extras?
Did the passer-by describe it in such detail?
"A-level" is a big thorn in the side of the author~ S class
