Whether or not she is dreaming, Shangguan You has a blast during the three days she spends in the dream. She risks her life to complete quests in the steel-and-iron cyber city, raising her City Development to 100.

Just as Shangguan You is about to choose, she wakes up.

So, had the past three days really been a dream? Shangguan You is disappointed, until she goes to bed the next night and re-enters Nocturne.

System: "Welcome back to Nocturne."

Shangguan You is instantly thrilled. "Yes! I'm back!"

Later, Shangguan You discovers that the people around her have entered that dream too. Meanwhile, as her City Development increases, she unlocks more and more features.

System: "Would you like to activate Party Mode?"

System: "Would you like to activate City Link Mode?"

System: "Would you like to activate Simulation Dungeons?"

All the players look on in awe at Shangguan You's City Development. Nearly every post on the gaming forum mentions her name.

While the other players are still racking their brains over how to increase their City Development, Shangguan You uncovers the secrets hidden behind the cyber world: the intervals between returns are growing longer, players are being monitored in the real world, and the two worlds are merging, drawing people from reality into the game...

Perhaps only by uncovering the truth can she stop the two worlds from merging.
