[Please hold off on reading this for now. It was my first novel, and I wrote it without an outline or any chapters saved in advance, so the plot went off track. I’ll revise it when I have time, orz.]
[The first instance is a management game combined with survival during a natural disaster; the second is pure management with a little farming; the third is a high-freedom management game where the NPCs have their own storylines. Readers can choose an instance that suits their preferred genre and start there.]
Zhu Yu loves camping in the wilderness.
One morning, as she climbed out of her cozy sleeping bag and opened the flap of her tent, a freezing wind mixed with snow blew straight into the warm interior.
Outside, the once-lush forest campsite had become a vast, snowy wasteland.
Wait, she must have opened the tent the wrong way.
Where on earth had she ended up after going to sleep?
Only when the System’s voice sounded in her ear did Zhu Yu realize, to her dismay, that she seemed to have been pulled into a real disaster-survival game.
So all the annual leave she’d painstakingly saved up was going to waste?
And can someone explain why she has to play an NPC and work for the game while she’s a player herself!?

Reading guide:
1. The first instance is an unconventional management game, with a gentle plot and a slower pace. If that’s not your thing, feel free to skip straight to the second instance, where the heroine is kept so busy she’s practically flying, and the pace is faster.
2. Each instance has a different setting, management style, and storyline. Readers can choose an instance based on the themes and setting that interest them.
3. Familiar players from the first two instances will show up again later. As the heroine unlocks new professions, she’ll also continue working in her previous ones.
4. Each instance opens up new areas, such as the underground city in the desert arc and the castle estate in the medieval arc. The heroine’s business ventures aren’t limited to shops like the hot pot restaurant.
Here’s a Gourmet farming novel that’s already reached 400,000 words: The Nineteenth-Century Aristocrat’s Kitchen [Gourmet]
What would it be like to wake up and find yourself transported to nineteenth-century England?
To make matters worse, Mattie’s mother has just died, and the family is buried in debt.
Just when she has nowhere else to turn, word spreads through the village that the Earl’s household is hiring servants.
In the long winter months, food and work mean hope for survival.
Looking at the few shriveled wheat cakes left in the house, Mattie puts every effort into applying and lands a job as a kitchen maid at the Earl’s estate.
The Earl’s kitchen is the busiest place Mattie has ever seen.
Every day, she’s occupied with kneading and proofing rye dough, scraping the rind off hard cheese, and helping salt enough pork to last through the winter.
Now and then, she gets a glimpse of the delicacies served to the aristocrats at the high table: stuffed goose-liver pie, roasted veal kidneys drizzled with Burgundy sauce, and sweet wine pudding made with honey and fresh cream...
Though the work is hard, Mattie manages to make a good life for herself by combining modern cooking techniques with all sorts of ingredients.
She improves the bread recipes and experiments with soaking dried fruit. Even the stew she makes with her specially blended spices earns praise from the most particular countess.
From a poor village to the kitchen of a great aristocratic household, Mattie’s rise through the ranks is only just beginning.
There’s also an upcoming ancient-era management and infrastructure novel, Running an Ancient Business with a Jiangnan Management Game. I can’t fit the blurb here, so I’ll leave it out. For details, see the author’s note at the end of Chapter 2 or visit the author’s page. Sending love~
Theme: Build a thriving business and keep striving every day.
Thanks for the limited fee! A good one!
Are you really not considering writing another interstellar world?
The first and second worlds are nice to watch, but don't buy the third world if you don't like mini-games. It's a decrypted script.
The new cover is very refreshing and summery [Compare Heart][Dog's Head Holds a Rose][Compare Heart]
