Commanding Officer Aboard the Ark

[Signed for print publication!]

"Why didn't you include me in the plan back then? If you'd aimed that machine at me, I could have become your mindless plaything, obeying your every command."

"That would have been far too dull." Ackerman slowly swallowed the bitterness on his tongue. "Cecilia, I want you to stay by my side and spend the rest of your life in pain and turmoil."

After the destruction of Earth, Mr. Ackerman took his adopted daughter Cecilia and the last 5,000 humans into space.

Aboard the ark, under the pressure of survival, Cecilia and her adoptive father, her younger first love, and her best friend became entangled in a series of love-hate relationships.
