Plucking a Branch from the Immortal Realm

Xie Wushi's junior brother, whom he secretly loved, was about to get married. He was marrying five people, and Xie Wushi wasn't one of them.

At last, Xie Wushi could make up his mind to leave.

From then on, mountains high and waters wide, the one he loved would never return.

As the junior brother Xie Wushi said was marrying so many people, Jiang Wang searched for his senior brother for many, many years.

After so long that the clouds had changed and the seas had become mulberry fields, he finally found two graves on a mountain that was neither high nor low.

One read, "Tomb of Xie Wushi."

The other read, "Tomb of Xie Wushi's Wife."

At last, Jiang Wang understood what it meant to have his heart pierced with grief.
