A rational, disciplined, gentle top × a deranged, obsessive general bottom
In Star Calendar Year 26, the empire's insect race lost the war. To beg the Federation for mercy, the empire sent Gabriel, the youngest female-insect general on the imperial capital planet, to the Federation for a political marriage.
At the wedding.
The Federation's envoy brought in a golden coffin and solemnly carried it to the groom's place.
Inside lay a male insect with short white hair, upturned eyes, and thin lips. He looked as if he barely had any life in him.
The imperial insects watching the wedding nearly blacked out. Damn the Federation's ancestors! We might as well all fight to the death!

Lucas was a legendary employee who had retired successfully from an infinite game. One moment he was giving a speech at an awards ceremony, and the next he was thrown into a game still in testing, where he became a pawn in a political marriage.
To get back on track and enjoy his retirement, Lucas had no choice but to craft secret identities and gather faith everywhere. Gabriel's faith in him was especially valuable, practically a supercharged source of faith points.
The faith-gathering went smoothly, and Lucas's name quietly spread to every corner of the world.
But whenever Lucas returned to his real body to rest, Gabriel would stand beside him like a block of wood, without saying a word.
While Lucas was working hard around the world in his secret identities, he discovered a force secretly trying to capture him. He decided to play along and pretend to fall into their trap.
Instead, Gabriel pinned him against the coffin, a hand around his throat.
Gabriel's usually cold face was twisted with anguish and madness. "My lord, you saved so many female insects, but you never once looked at me. Or am I not worthy of your salvation?"
Has his cover been blown???
Lucas glanced at the enormous amount of faith points Gabriel had provided, then lifted his head and kissed him.
